Om Shanti This is a meditation where I'm going to practice being so conscious.
And so I begin by breathing gently and slowly.
And then I bring all my attention to the center of my forehead.
And I visualize myself as a tiny point of energy above and behind the eyes.
I am living light energy.
I am the awareness within this form.
I'm glowing gentle energy.
The mind and the body become more and more relaxed.
I allow my breathing to be soft and slow.
And I let go and remind myself at this moment that I am safe.
That all is well,
I let go of everything outside.
Right here and now in the present I am safe.
I have no need to be concerned or anxious.
Everything outside of me can wait.
Everything is somewhere else,
I am here and now in the center of my forehead.
I am a soul,
I am energy.
I'm a peaceful soul,
I say this to myself over and over.
I am the energy of peace.
When I say these words over and over to myself,
The vibration of my own peace can flood through my entire physical body.
I am a soul,
I am peace.
I do not invite anyone into this inner space,
My inner space.
This is my safe and silent time for relaxing my mind.
I encourage myself to let go of anxiety.
I allow fear to disappear.
I soothe myself so that there is no more distress.
Simply being kind to my mind and encouraging myself gently,
I feel lighter and happier inside.
I let go of concern,
I am patient.
I am very patient and still and everything and everyone can wait a while.
It's my time to be and I'm learning to enjoy my own company.
Knowing that I am peace.
I am patient,
I am okay.
I relax.
I am light,
I am the soul in the center of the forehead.
And I think in this way I can feel myself,
My own energy of beautiful stillness and peace.
I am a soul,
