Namaste.
Thank you for pressing play and joining me today as we allow ourselves to reconnect into the inherent love that resides within us.
This expansive,
Beautiful,
Compassionate,
Nurturing,
Healing essence of love.
This beautiful quality that gets overshadowed and overlooked when we step into the mind,
Into the stories,
Into the circumstances,
Into the loss.
Today we're going to allow ourselves to reconnect into where love lives.
We're going to let it permeate,
Moving through the body.
I invite you to get comfortable,
Maybe seated,
Maybe lying down,
Maybe standing.
Call in a feeling or an essence of softness within the body.
There's nothing to hold on to in this moment,
Nothing to strive towards.
Just allow yourself to be.
Maybe allow the eyes to soften,
Inviting the upper lid down to meet the lower lid,
Noticing where the eyelashes touch.
Or maybe we just take the gaze down the bridge of the nose.
Soften,
Soften the eyes and soften the space around the eyes.
Allow that softening to make its way throughout the rest of the body,
Feeling it in the back of the neck and the shoulders,
In the upper back,
Mid-back and low back.
Becoming aware of the space around us,
Becoming aware of the sounds and the scents,
The textures and the temperatures and just becoming a witness.
Noticing everything around us and then letting it go.
Maybe feeling what rests underneath the body in the way that it holds you.
Simply becoming present to the skin and the clothing,
Your breath breathing in and breathing out.
When we sit in the breath,
We can move away from emotions such like loss,
Grief,
Sadness.
We can use the heartache that our body feels.
We can shift that narrative to return us back into love.
Love is always here.
Lost is a gateway to love.
You are an embodiment of the divine.
To think you are separate from that is an illusion.
You are part of something magnificent and by quieting the mind and stepping away from the stories and away from the judgment,
We can tap into the energy of love.
How can we be of service to love right now?
How can we create peace and compassion and kindness in our breath?
To step away from the stories and the limits that have kept us in the box.
If we're feeling anxious,
Ask love to take away the fear.
If we're feeling pain,
Ask love to heal.
If we're feeling sadness,
Allow love to show you the light.
Loss and sadness,
Regrets,
They leave us feeling confused and unstable.
When we lose people and relationships and when we lose circumstances and experiences,
It's just a physical presence that's gone.
The energy remains.
Love never leaves.
Physical aspects may move and shift and morph and that is the impermanence of this life,
But the energy it stays.
You can let go of the experience.
You can let go of the person.
You can let go of the relationship,
But stay tied into the energy of love.
Staying with the breath,
Quieting the mind,
Moving away from the stories and as we feel them pop up,
Breathe them out.
Keep coming back to the breath and feeling and noticing where does love rest in you?
Breathe into it and allow the breath to carry it,
Recognizing that the mind creates the stories and the attachment,
But this emotion,
This highest purpose,
This divinity is you.
When we feel doubt or insecurities,
This is not part of love,
But it leads us there.
It leads us into a space of feeling complete and whole and worthy,
Uniting us to everything that ever was and everything that ever will be.
You are not in need of an experience or a person to rest and to feel this deep love,
Love now in this moment.
Feel it.
Feel deeply into the love as it rests in you and keep releasing attachment to the stories,
To the loss,
To the sadness,
To the grief.
Lean into love.
Allow yourself to create a remembrance of love,
Allowing the breath to move love through the body,
The exhale soothing you and the inhale nourishing you,
Uniting you.
Breathing into the core of the being,
Not just feeling,
But knowing that love is the answer.
That love will guide you,
That every experience and relationship on this journey leads us back into love.
It's always present.
It's always here.
You don't search for it.
It just is.
This pain and this sadness is a reminder to bring you back,
To bring you back into pieces that you left or lost.
Reconnect your grief.
It's a reminder to come back to love.
Your love is here.
You are here.
Breathe love.
Breathe knowing,
Breathing out the stories and breathing into this moment.
How does love feel?
Tender.
Warm.
Soft.
Love is always here.
Where do you feel it?
How does it feel?
Let it amesh with your breath and let it move into every cell of the body,
Staying present in the breath,
Staying present in the movement.
With every breath out,
Exhaling the stories,
Quieting the mind.
Maybe leaning into gratitude for the loss,
Gratitude for the grief because it brought you here back to love.
Allow love to create an experience of peace and compassion and softness in you right now.
Breathe into the heart space,
Maybe visualize a beautiful light in this place filled with compassion,
Positivity,
Gentleness,
Forgiveness,
All coming from love,
The love within you,
Always choosing,
Always inviting in,
Let it be your guide.
The emotions that we feel,
They're always going to present themselves.
Those are going to create emotions of loss and grief,
Of sadness,
But we have a choice.
We have a choice to gaze upon that with fear or with love.
Love will always bring you back home.
Allow that expansiveness of the heart space to just wash over the body,
Feeling yourself fully immersed in love.
Let that be how you begin to come back into the present moment,
Into the room or the space where you are resting with me.
Maybe softly breathing the eyes open and gazing,
Gazing through the lens of love.
Taking a big breath in and letting it go.
Thank you so much for practicing with me today.
I hope you have a beautiful day.
Namaste.
