Welcome to the Embrace of Acceptance Meditation Series.
You are listening to Meditation 4 of 4.
In preparation for this session,
You will need to have a mirror within reach or within your line of sight.
Please pause the recording to make this adjustment.
Close your eyes.
Begin to notice your breath.
Notice your body.
Releasing the tensions and thoughts of your day.
Allow yourself to become relaxed.
Breathing in vital life force,
Chi.
Open and expand your heart with breath and love.
Silently invite the presence of your spirit guides and teachers.
The angelic beings that are with you and for you in light and love.
Begin to feel and sense the energies that are moving in the room.
Open yourselves to them in love.
Generate and express the life giving frequencies of gratitude,
Of thanksgiving,
Of appreciation.
And now begin to generate these frequencies toward yourself.
Take a deep breath into the center of your chest.
And as best you can,
Fill your heart with love,
Gratitude,
Thanksgiving and appreciation.
Exhale and begin to allow your body to be filled with these powerful life giving frequencies.
Now inhale,
Bringing your awareness once again to your heart.
And upon exhaling,
Begin to feel the space around your body,
Your aura with love,
Gratitude,
Thanksgiving and appreciation.
See,
Sense.
Feel your aura in your body filled with love.
Experiment with the feeling of bathing in your own love for yourself.
And let it be whatever it is,
However it is for you.
Bathing in your own love for yourself.
Letting it be whatever and however it is for you.
And sensing your aura in your body filled with loving energy.
Bathing in your own love for yourself.
Noticing how it feels.
And letting it be however it is for you.
Now turn your gaze toward your face in the mirror.
Gaze into your own eyes.
And allow yourself to embrace all that you are aware of.
All that you see.
The light and the dark.
Embrace it all with love.
Embrace it all with acceptance.
Gaze deeply into your eyes.
Now imagine yourself speaking the following words to yourself.
When no one was near me,
And I had to pull myself up from where I had fallen,
Who was it that pulled me up?
Not a soul around.
Who?
When someone said hurtful things and blamed me for something that was entirely no fault of mine.
Who knew?
When others got me to go along with something that was not the soundest choice.
Who tried to tell me?
When there was so little and it was unknown where it would come from.
Who hung in there regardless of outcomes?
When I was called fatso or dummy,
Lazy or ugly,
And other unkind words.
Who knew these bad words would hurt?
When others left me behind or abandoned me,
Who never left me all alone?
When I thought I was unworthy,
Who was still there?
When I had too much to drink and got sick,
Who stayed there with me hugging the toilet seat?
When I had too many chemicals in my body,
Who said this might not be such a good choice?
Who knew I might need help?
Who cried out when nobody listened?
Who never wavered away from me?
Who walks every moment with me?
Who wrestles me out of bed when I can't get up?
Who endured the abuse?
Who has been with me since birth?
Me.
Me.
Me.
How can I not love me?
For it is the only me who never left me.
Who has always,
Always been there.
There when I fell,
When I cried,
When there was abuse and sickness.
I have never left me.
Even through the confusion,
The heartaches,
The joys.
In every moment,
I have been with me.
More powerful than a mother's love is love for yourself.
For it is the soul love within.
Thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you for always being there for me.
I love you so much.
Thank you.
I love you.
I love me.
Gently remove your gaze from the mirror and close your eyes.
And now imagine that you are speaking the following words to your higher self.
You are speaking to your higher self.
You love me.
I feel you embracing me.
As you stream into my midst,
You are embracing me.
You love me.
You are embracing me.
You love me.
You love me.
You are embracing me.
I can relax.
You are embracing me.
I let go.
I relax.
My resistance is temporary.
You are embracing me.
I feel you embracing me.
You love me.
It's alright for me to be me.
My resistance is temporary.
It does not last.
I can relax.
It's okay for me to be me.
You love me.
I can love me.
You are embracing me.

It feels good.
It's good to be me.

I let go of judgment.

My resistance is temporary.
It does not last.

Feel the love you are generating begin to affect you as your awareness opens to other aspects of your being,
Leaving linear limitations behind,
Opening up to other dimensions,
Other selves,
And other parts of your being,
Stimulating,
Activating your awareness,
Bringing you to a place of seeing more of who you are,
Opening in the awareness of your higher self,
Opening in the expanded awareness of the more of you- feeling a sense of ease and wellbeing in your own presence,
Feeling a sense of ease and wellbeing in your own presence,
Feeling a sense of ease and wellbeing in your own presence,
A flow of revelation has touched you in this experience.
It will be up to you how this relationship with your higher self continues.
You are encouraged to live this to its utmost essence.
Continue to explore and experiment with embracing anything and everything you can with this visceral awareness of acceptance and love.
Begin to bring your awareness back to your physical body,
Back to the awareness of the room,
Feeling gratitude for the connections made,
Gratitude for all that has been experienced,
Gratitude for all the help received,
Gratitude for your choice to participate,
Taking your time,
Coming more fully present in the current here-now time space of this room,
Gently and lovingly returning,
And gradually and gently beginning to move your body as it is ready,
Bringing your attention back into this space,
And when you are ready,
Opening your eyes.
