Welcome to the Embrace of Acceptance Meditation Series.

You are listening to Meditation Two of Four.

We will begin by sharing some philosophy from the teachers who encouraged and inspired this work.

Please stay awake and alert for this portion of the premeditation material.

There is a shift happening in your life right now,

With a design to stimulate you to find your path out of the distortion inside of you,

So that you leave it and stop living it.

It is for you to start living your integrity.

It is for you to start having a genuine,

Loving relationship with yourself.

A genuine,

Loving relationship with yourself.

A natural one,

Easy and spontaneous,

Instead of forced.

One reason your relationship with yourself may feel forced or unnatural is that you are still trying to live the relationship through who you believe yourself to be,

Rather than who you truly are.

Your Higher Self,

Your true nature,

Is not a problem,

But you usually don't wake up in the morning and have your Higher Self be the first encounter you experience.

That doesn't mean your Higher Self,

Your true nature,

Isn't present.

It is.

It's just that you habitually gravitate to your belief self.

If you identify with shame,

Blame,

Regret,

Guilt,

Anger,

Resentment,

Victimhood or abuse,

Realize that you are holding the energy of pain inside you.

You are distancing yourself from the parts of you who suffered when the original painful experiences occurred.

These parts of you have not had the chance to feel the unconditional acceptance they need.

You are the one who must find it in yourself to accept the parts of you who are so desperately hurting,

And hurting in such a profound way.

When we have parts of us stuck inside,

Hurting in these ways,

We operate through survival mode.

And we tend to hurt others through survival mode,

Because that's what we know from our experience.

Any time you take exception to someone else,

It is a projection that reveals an attitude you have about yourself.

When we are suffering,

We point out there to the circumstances that simply triggered the suffering.

We say,

That is why I'm suffering.

He or she is why I'm so unhealthy right now.

But you are not the circumstances you experience.

Others may have done things,

And you have had certain things happen to you,

But you are not what happened to you.

Parts of you may be still affected by what happened.

But the primary reason you are still affected is that you haven't consciously realized that you are the only one who can give you what you need to heal.

Without knowing it,

You are the one you've been waiting for.

You have many filters up and running within you that prevent you from seeing you.

If you practice honesty and transparency with yourself,

The parts within you who are still hurting can come forward and show their hurt.

They may even show you the original trauma that caused the part of you to shut down in fear.

All of us have had conditional experiences in our lives.

None of us has ever experienced consistent,

Unconditional acceptance and love in our families.

Now,

Here you are,

Filled with the pain of being unable to just be you.

You got criticized,

Ostracized,

Embarrassed,

Shamed,

And punished for simply wanting to be you.

But no one else could tolerate it because everyone else was also in pain.

Now you are here at this magnificent place in life with the opportunity to welcome your younger selves to come forward,

To have dialogue with them,

And allow your current self to feel what they are releasing.

Sometimes you will recoil from the intensity of the stuck pain.

That's when you have to bring yourself forward with determination and realize that this pain has been trapped in you for who knows how long.

It has got to come out.

It may seem to come out of you and then back at you.

Parts of you may feel that you have walled them off and made them stay in a state of suffering.

They may hold a grudge toward you.

Underneath all of that,

What you really want from yourself is acceptance.

Be present with yourself and let your internal parts come forward so that you can allow them to finally feel your embrace.

So you can feel you embrace you.

This is what you are here to do,

And the intention of the following meditation is to help you to embrace all of yourself and give all of yourself the acceptance you have been waiting for.

Now take a moment to adjust your position to be as comfortable as possible for the meditation portion of this session.

And close your eyes.

And begin to notice your breath.

Notice your body.

Begin to release the tensions and thoughts of your day.

Allow yourself to become relaxed,

Breathing in vital life force,

Chi.

And expand your heart with breath and love.

And silently invite the presence of your spirit guides and teachers,

The angelic beings that are with you and for you in light and love.

Begin to feel and sense the energies moving in the space around you and open yourself to them in love.

And generate and express the life giving frequencies of gratitude,

Of thanksgiving,

Of appreciation.

Now inhale and bring your awareness once again to your heart.

And upon exhaling,

Begin to feel yourself in the space around your body,

Your aura with love.

See,

Sense and feel your aura and your body filled with love.

Say within yourself to yourself,

I love me.

Practice bathing in your own love for yourself and notice how it feels,

Allowing it to be whatever it is,

However it is for you.

Begin to experiment now with generating acceptance toward yourself.

Feel the energy of acceptance as a vital living being that you have a pleasurable relationship with.

Imagine acceptance being delighted in your company.

Acceptance.

Acceptance.

You feel from acceptance that it is truly lovingly embracing you.

You are so taken.

You're enjoying the feeling of acceptance being delighted with you.

You're allowing acceptance to pour its energy into you now.

Deepening into this connection now,

You are swirling in the energy as you more fully register what acceptance is generating toward you.

Complete loving allowance.

You're feeling what acceptance is generating and sending to you.

You're feeling completely embraced by acceptance.

Allow yourself to keep expanding into this feeling.

There is acceptance inviting you to a very intimate relationship with it,

Embracing you so you can feel it in every particle of your being.

Feel this now.

It is very personal and right here with you.

It is vital.

It is alive.

It is so at ease with everything about you.

Feel this embrace.

Turn on your energies of gratitude,

Thanksgiving,

Praise and appreciation to welcome acceptance in.

Acceptance comes to you even more fully now.

It meshes with you and brings you to a place where everything about you feels completely acknowledged and allowed.

Nothing is missed.

You're completely accepted.

You are experiencing the intimacy of acceptance.

Let it work.

Let it be with you as it works the healing magic only complete acceptance will.

If you are held in the presence of complete acceptance.

Be present with yourself.

Invite any hidden parts of you that are feeling pain and are ready to come forward for you to meet in this moment now.

Let these parts come forward to you now.

Let them hear your intention of.

I'm going to embrace myself.

I'm going to care for me.

I'm going to nurture me.

I'm going to let these parts of me know that I'm never ever going to abandon myself again.

This is what embracing yourself is.

This is what getting whole is.

Feel yourself accepting.

Feel accepted.

Feel acceptable.

These parts of you so want to be liberated and they yearn for your reassurance.

Let them know I am for you.

I am with you.

I accept you.

Feel accepted,

Embracing you completely.

Feel yourself embracing acceptance.

Feel yourself embracing yourself and acceptance.

You are taken care of.

You are nurtured and loved.

In this present moment of truth,

You can relax into this all embracing presence of acceptance.

You are practicing and accepting yourself as you are right now,

Including your strengths,

Your weaknesses,

Good points,

Bad points.

The whole sum of you,

Including your behavior,

Your awareness,

Including your higher self and your lower self,

Including your light and your dark,

Including everything.

You are becoming honest with yourself.

You are growing in clarity that there are many parts of you within yourself that are you.

You are opening yourself now to embrace any and all parts of you that you have abandoned,

Rejected and denied.

You are bringing them into your embrace and telling them with sincerity.

It is my intention never to abandon you again.

I want you to know that I am here for you.

I am here for you right now.

I intend never to leave you again.

The past is over.

We are where we are now.

And we are now in this embrace.

We are now in this embrace.

You are embraced by acceptance.

You are embracing yourself.

You are saying and feeling within.

I embrace you.

I am here with you.

I love you.

It's all right for me to be me.

My resistance is temporary.

It does not last.

I can relax.

It's okay for me to be me.

Acceptance,

You love me.

I can love me.

You are embracing me.

It feels good.

It's good to be me.

It's so good to be me.

Feel the loving acceptance you are generating affect you as your awareness opens to other aspects of your being,

Leaving linear limitations behind,

Opening up to other dimensions,

Other selves,

And other parts of your being,

Stimulating,

Activating your awareness,

Bringing you to a place of seeing more of who you are,

Opening in the awareness of your higher self,

Opening in the expanded awareness of the more of you,

And feeling a sense of ease and well-being in your own present,

Feeling a sense of ease and well-being in your own present,

Feeling a sense of ease and well-being in your own presence.

Intend within yourself to continue to develop this relationship with acceptance,

With the many parts of you and with your higher self.

Intend to live your higher nature to its utmost essence.

Begin to bring your awareness back to your physical body,

Back to the awareness of your surroundings,

Feeling gratitude for the connections made,

Gratitude for all that has been experienced,

Gratitude for all the help received,

Gratitude for your choice to participate,

And taking your time,

Becoming more fully present in the here-now time space,

Gently and lovingly returning,

And gradually and gently begin to move your body as you're ready,

And bringing your attention back into this space,

And when you are ready,

Opening your eyes.
