Welcome to the Embrace of Acceptance meditation series.

You are listening to meditation one of four.

Please do not listen to this meditation while driving.

We recommend that you find a quiet place where you can sit with a straightened but relaxed spine.

Do your best to listen with an open and receptive heart.

You will benefit from the material even if you don't understand all of it.

This series is designed to assist in humanity's awakening process.

It encourages personal empowerment,

Healing,

Greater self-esteem and self-discovery as you learn practical means of replacing fear and other negative frequencies with the most powerful force in the universe,

Love.

And so we begin.

Close your eyes.

Begin to notice your breath.

Notice your body.

Begin to release the tensions and thoughts of your day.

Allow yourself to become relaxed.

Breathing in vital life force,

Chi.

Open and expand your heart with breath and love.

Silently invite the presence of your spirit guides and teachers,

The angelic beings who are with you and for you in light and love.

Begin to feel and sense the energy of your mind.

You are now in the presence of your spirit guides and teachers.

Begin to feel and sense the energies moving in the room.

Open yourself to them in love.

Generate and express the life-giving frequencies of gratitude,

Of thanksgiving,

Of appreciation.

Inhale and bring your awareness once again to your heart.

And upon exhaling,

Begin to fill yourself and the space around your body and your aura with love.

See,

Sense,

And feel your aura and your body filled with love.

Say within yourself to yourself,

I love me.

Experiment with the feeling of bathing in love for yourself.

Notice if it's easy,

If it's difficult,

If it's foreign,

If it feels good.

Let it be whatever it is,

However it is for you.

Begin to experiment now with generating acceptance toward yourself.

Notice the relationship you now have with acceptance.

Are you on formal or friendly terms?

Most of us have some type of formalized experience.

Most of us have some type of formalized relationship with acceptance.

Yes,

I can accept you when you're on good behavior,

Or even sometimes you're friendly with acceptance.

You welcome it into your presence,

And there are times when you really want acceptance to show itself more,

To be more present with you.

If you notice,

I'm speaking of acceptance as if it had a personality,

As if you could actually feel its energy,

Like an energy you experience when you're with someone you have a pleasurable relationship with.

You are being guided to move your relationship of acceptance out of your head and into experiencing it like it's a vital,

Legal,

Like it's a vital,

Living being.

Imagine acceptance as a person who is delighted being in your company.

Allow yourself to imagine this.

Acceptance.

Acceptance.

You feel this being of acceptance that is fully and unconditionally loving,

Safe and welcoming.

You are so taken.

It's almost as if you're smitten with acceptance.

At first,

All you can see is what you're seeing,

What you're feeling,

What you may be swirling in.

And then it begins to register in you what this powerful being is generating and radiating toward you.

A steady stream of unconditional welcome,

Ease and safety.

Notice how that feels.

You're feeling what the being of acceptance is generating and sending to you.

You're feeling completely embraced without pressure or demand.

Allow yourself to keep expanding into this feeling.

Here's acceptance right here in your midst.

However it shows up for you as your best friend,

Best lover,

Best advisor,

The best companion for you,

The absolute best.

It cannot get any better than acceptance.

And it is inviting you to form a very intimate relationship with it so that it can support you,

So that you can feel acceptance in every particle of your being through this loving embrace.

Feel this now.

It is very personal and it is right here with you.

It is vital.

It is alive.

It is so at ease with every part of you.

Feel this embrace.

Open yourself to acceptance merging with you right now.

It is gently blessing everything in you.

What you remember.

What you've forgotten.

What you like.

What you don't like.

Everything about you.

Nothing is missed.

You are thoroughly and entirely accepted.

This is the intimacy of acceptance.

Let it work.

Let it be with you as it does what only it can do.

Notice how it feels.

You feel the essence of its being.

You relax into the energy field only acceptance creates.

I am accepted.

You are experiencing this in real time right now.

If you think this is only your imagination,

Please realize that imagination is a faculty of unknown capacity.

Imagination is where you find the flow taking you to higher consciousness.

You may feel this experience like it is a first meeting or a first date.

It is wonderful.

Let it be the beginning of a relationship of great intimacy where you feel accepting,

Feel accepted,

And feel acceptable.

You can now feel the essence of this conscious being of acceptance.

Isn't it nice to be in relationship with someone who fully embraces every aspect of you?

It takes a lot of pressure and weight off.

You feel you can relax.

I am accepted.

Acceptance has always been right here with you through everything all the time.

You are now experiencing this meeting first person,

Present tense,

Here now,

In real time.

You can continue this relationship.

It's up to you.

Acceptance isn't pushy.

It is all embracing.

Eventually you'll find it begins to have its effect upon your acceptance of yourself.

You'll start to feel a lot better about who you are.

It will no longer matter whether everybody else accepts you.

You are going to realize that you have always been taken care of.

Always have you been nurtured and loved.

As you settle into this wonderful relationship with acceptance,

You will see the barriers around you all falling down.

They are being replaced by the embrace of acceptance.

You have forgotten who you are.

You are a master in disguise.

Many of the disguises you've taken on have fooled you into thinking you are the disguise.

Your fears of others rejecting you,

Your fears of abandonment,

And all your survival behaviors reveal your mistaken belief in parts of you that you are always talking to within yourself.

You are going to come to a place where you have an attending clarity that there are many inner versions of you that you have abandoned,

That you have rejected,

That you are in denial of.

You are going to need to open yourself,

Be present with them,

Embrace all of them,

Bring them into you,

And tell them with sincerity,

I will never abandon you again.

I want you to know that I am here.

I am here for you.

I am here for you right now.

Acceptance permits you to relax.

When you relax,

You no longer generate resistance.

Look at yourself and see that who you are in this moment is not a permanent state of being.

You are in a natural state of change.

In order for your change to move in a life-giving direction,

You must accept yourself as you are right now,

Including your strengths,

Your weaknesses,

Your good points,

Bad points,

The whole sum of you,

Including your behavior and awareness,

Including your higher self and your lower self,

Including your light and your dark,

Including everything.

A big shift is taking place inside you.

Instead of feeling like it's just me against the world,

It's going to be me recognizing all the different me's within myself,

And me becomes we,

Unity through embracing,

Unity through acceptance.

Embracing yourself,

This is for you to do.

That's what you came here to do with this life.

It is what you came here to do,

And it is for you to do.

Feel the embrace of acceptance.

The being of acceptance is with you,

And acceptance is within you.

Feel yourself proclaiming with this loving embrace,

It's all right for me to be me.

My resistance is temporary,

It does not last.

I can relax.

It's okay for me to be me.

Acceptance,

You love me.

I can love me.

You are embracing me.

It feels good.

It's good to be me.

It's so good to be me.

Feel the loving acceptance you are experiencing,

Beginning to affect you as your awareness opens to other aspects of your being.

Leaving linear limitations behind,

Opening to other dimensions,

Other selves,

And other parts of your being.

Stimulating,

Activating your awareness,

Bringing you to a place of seeing more of who you are,

Opening in the awareness of your higher self,

Opening in the expanded awareness of the more of you,

And feeling a sense of ease and well-being in your own presence.

Feeling a sense of ease and well-being in your own presence.

Feeling a sense of ease and well-being in your own presence.

A flow of revelation has touched you in this experience.

How this relationship develops with the accepting nature of your higher self is up to you now.

You are encouraged to live this to its utmost essence.

Continue to explore and experiment with embracing anything and everything you can with this visceral awareness of acceptance and love.

Begin to bring your awareness back to your physical body,

Back to the awareness of the room,

Feeling gratitude for the connections made,

Gratitude for all that has been experienced,

Gratitude for the help received,

Gratitude for your choice to participate,

Taking your time,

Becoming more fully present in the here-now time space of this room,

Gently and lovingly returning,

And gradually and gently begin to move your body as it's ready,

Bringing your attention back into this space,

And when you are ready,

Opening your eyes.

So so good, 'are you formal or friendly ' made me smirk involuntarily lol because it was very much formal in that moment. Imagining acceptance as something outside of me but always with me was really helpful to me. I felt myself wanting to accept acceptance rather than thinking of it as something to attain/strive for, if that makes sense. Really recommend doing these meditations! And thank you for sharing!
