Well-being.

Today's session we will embark on a transformative journey to let go of anxiety and subconscious negativity.

Allow the healing soul soothing sounds to fill you up and let my voice guide you on this gentle journey inward.

Find a quiet comfortable space to immerse yourself in this guided meditation fully and if you can use headphones it will enhance your healing experience.

Gently close your eyes if it's comfortable for you and start by taking a nice deep breath noticing the sounds around you and just allowing the outside world to fade away as you turn your attention inward.

Feel the weight of your body grounding you in the present moment.

Let any tension or stress you may be holding on to in your body melt away.

Taking this moment to focus on your breath inhale deeply through your nose allowing the breath to fill your lungs feeling your chest rising and exhale slowly through your mouth releasing tension or worry with each breath and as you continue to breathe let each inhale bring calmness and each exhale releasing negative energy.

Bring your awareness now to your body.

From the top of your head imagine a wave of relaxation flowing down through your scalp your forehead and behind your eyes.

Allow this wave to travel through your face softening your jaw and relaxing your neck and shoulders.

Feel the warmth and relaxation spreading through your arms chest back and abdomen down into your hips and your legs all the way down to your toes.

Surrender to this deep sense of relaxation.

Using your imagination picture a gentle stream flowing in front of you.

Imagine placing your worries fears and anxieties into a small boat.

As you release the boat onto the stream watch it slowly drifting away carrying away all the negative thoughts and emotions that no longer serve you.

Allow yourself to feel a sense of lightness and relief as the boat disappears into the distance.

Now let's begin to fill this space within you with positivity listening to these affirmations and noticing and feeling their truth resonating within you.

I am worthy of peace and happiness.

I release all anxiety and negativity from my mind body and soul.

I am surrounded by love and support.

I trust in the process of life knowing that everything is unfolding perfectly.

Let's continue.

Inhales and exhales filling your chest and belly and slowly releasing out any resistance or any tightness in the body and the mind.

Imagine now you're in a beautiful garden with vibrant colors,

Soothing sounds of birds,

Of breezes.

And as you walk through this beautiful garden you come to a large tree.

Imagine this tree is a symbol of your subconscious mind.

Notice any branches that appear heavy with negative thoughts and emotions and visualize yourself plucking those heavy branches one by one and releasing them into the ground.

Watching them disintegrate transforming into pure light dissolving into the earth and the atmosphere.

Feel your branches light and alive.

Feel a renewed sense of clarity and peace as your tree becomes lighter and brighter.

And keep your inhales and exhales flowing expanding your chest and ribs and belly and slowly exhaling out a little bit longer now to release all the air out down deep letting your belly fall inward as you empty out anything left that is stale and stagnant and negative.

And then breathing in this new vibrant energized vibrational energy.

Imagine yourself standing on the edge of a peaceful blue lake.

Visualize in your hands any remaining anxiety or subconscious negativity as stones in your hands.

One by one gently release these stones into the calm water.

Watching them sink to the bottom disappearing.

With each stone you release you feel a weight lifting from your shoulders allowing a deep sense of liberation to wash over you.

Watching the ripples slowly expanding out from each stone creating space for positive vibrational energy to rise up into you.

Positive emotions,

Positive feelings and repeating these affirmations again silently or aloud feeling the truth of their vibrational resonance within you.

I am worthy of peace and happiness.

I release all anxiety and negativity from my body my mind and my soul.

I am surrounded by love and support.

I trust in the process of life knowing that everything will unfold perfectly.

Take a moment now to acknowledge the profound transformation you have experienced.

Allow yourself to bask in this newfound state of freedom and tranquility.

You can slowly bring your awareness back to your surroundings wiggling your fingers and toes and gently opening your eyes.
