This guided meditation contains relaxing breathwork and subconscious healing, focusing on rewiring the brain. The process involves identifying parts created out of experiences we could not manage at the time. Then identifying and appreciating the part's support and presence when you needed it the most. Releasing and allowing the part to let go of feeling like you can't handle situations and emotions in life. You are creating space to strengthen yourself and allow the part to relax and be the observer of you stepping up to be the powerful creator of your life. The last part provides some positive statements that can activate what you want to create, notice any resistance, and treat it so you can feel renewed and empowered.

Hello and welcome to this healing guided meditation.

This is Denise and I'm here to support you and create this space just for you.

So find that comfortable seat.

Maybe you're lying down sitting in a comfortable chair just giving yourself this time to nurture and care for your body,

Mind,

And spirit.

Let's set an intention to just relax.

Let everything else go.

It will all be there waiting for you when you're finished.

Knowing that you are in a safe space and whenever you listen to this it holds a container of safety,

Calm,

And peace.

So let's silence all that may interrupt you as much as you can right now and just begin to gently close your eyes if that feels comfortable.

Bring your attention inward just noticing your breath without trying to change it.

Just notice is it coming through?

Does it feel warm or cool?

Just noticing judgment becoming more present.

Notice the body.

Feel like there is a part of you that may be holding on a bit to release that area.

Let it know it's okay.

Just melt back and let go for now.

Maybe it's your jaw,

It's your shoulders or neck.

Slowly as you focus on this area begin to just gradually deepen your breath.

Filling up maybe sending the breath to that area to create a little bit more awareness,

A little bit more space.

Noticing the breath as it comes into the back of your throat.

Imagine that you're following it down its journey as it goes down into your chest,

Expanding your lungs.

With each inhale imagine that your breath is going lower into your heart center,

Expanding it and opening it.

Then imagine it comes down into the diaphragm,

The center of your chest,

The center of your lungs.

With each inhale just imagine now that it's coming down all the way into your belly so much that your belly is rising.

Whether you're lying down or sitting,

Just feeling that sensation of feeling full so that breath is taking a journey from the back of your throat all the way down to the bottom of your belly.

As you exhale feel the belly fall in and just release.

Trying to slow the exhale down to really make sure you're letting everything go.

Just taking a few more deep breaths like this to calm the nervous system,

Fill ourselves with healing oxygen and try that as best that you can to breathe in and deeply following that path.

And then exhaling longer than your inhale,

Slowly all the way down until you're empty.

For you at the bottom you can hold it for a couple of beats,

A couple seconds.

Inhaling,

Same pathway and then holding at the top again from three to five beats.

And maybe if that's not comfortable just continue the breath without the holds.

But if you're holding,

Notice the calm.

You might even tune in to your heartbeat.

And as you finish that breath you may let that breath go when it feels comfortable.

I just want to remind you that when we do guided practice we're using our imagination.

We're creating that space for whatever we want to create that day.

So just notice the calm.

And anything else that arises just look at it.

Don't fight it.

Try not to think on it.

Just let it drift on by.

Remembering that this is a practice and it does get easier as your brain learns what you're trying to do.

So if that's happening a lot you can imagine that each thought from your thinking brain that comes in just let it float like it's going into a cloud or into a bubble.

And then it will be floating around outside of you and it will be ready for you when the meditation is done.

So now just melt back and allow the sounds of my voice to be your guide today.

So thank you for being here and allowing the space for me to guide your superconscious to practice healing during this meditation.

Just by being here you have given me permission to respectfully to superconscious.

Informally talk to your parts.

Feel into the words.

Allow any resistance and just breathe.

Feeling love and self-compassion for your healing process today.

Parts,

Thank you for always being here for me.

For all the times you have protected and supported me.

I appreciate and love you for your tender and watchful care.

I am ready and willing to be fully present in my active experience and know that you will always be with me.

Parts,

I know that you were created at a time when I did not have the capacity to work through the experiences I was having.

I know,

Parts,

That you have had my best interests at heart.

I feel love and compassion attuned toward you.

Parts,

Thank you to support me.

This support no longer serves me at this time in my life.

I am ready to grow and change and be a powerful creator of my life now.

I am ready for you to take a back seat to this important change process.

I am ready for you to become something different now and release the charge you have held that came from the past hurt and pain that I experienced.

I am healing myself and I am ready to be a powerful creator of my life.

Parts.

I love you.

Participants,

Feel into your body now.

Feel any sensations that are arising in your mind or your body.

Bring them into your awareness with kindness,

With self-love,

And appreciation.

You might even feel that you want to place your hands over your heart or perhaps you want to embrace yourself,

Feeling as though you are hugging and thanking those dear parts.

Just relax and take some slow deep breaths.

Superconscious,

Please treat all the parts in the correct order with total respect and treat all the memories,

Traumas,

Experiences,

Events,

Emotions,

And thoughts that surround it.

Massive change history and everything.

Notice how you're feeling now.

Noticing any sensations or any shifts.

Bringing all of that into your awareness.

Any resistance,

Anything that you would not want to be feeling.

To do that in compassion.

Adjust yourself if you need to move.

Superconscious,

Please treat all the parts in the correct order with total respect and please treat all the memories,

Traumas,

Experiences,

Events,

Emotions,

And thoughts that surround it.

And when appropriate,

Do a massive change history and everything after.

Feeling into your body,

To your spirit now.

What's present for you now.

Accepting with love anything that's coming into your awareness.

Any resistance,

Any insights.

Let's see if we have some space to create something new.

As to a close in this short guidance,

Think of the following statements and maybe all of them resonate with you or maybe one.

I am willing to release the past.

I am willing to release the past.

I am willing to love myself.

I am willing to love myself.

I am willing to live a life of more happiness and less pain.

I am willing to live a life of more happiness and less pain.

So if you need to,

You can pause right here and select the one that today feels the most important for you.

That doesn't mean that you won't have resistance,

Right?

If one of them feels like you want to run towards it but there's some resistance,

Maybe that's the one for you today.

If one of the statements feels perfectly in alignment,

Then you're good with that one.

And maybe it's a combination.

So feel free to insert your own.

So allowing any feelings to arise around your statement today,

Whatever resonates with you the most,

Notice any resistance.

Allowing the feelings to arise into your experience right now without judgment but with self-compassion.

And maybe if it feels good,

Placing a hand over your heart.

Superconscious,

Please treat all the resistance or any parts that don't want this change,

That aren't sure about it,

Or are just confused.

Please treat them in all resistance with total respect and treat all the memories,

Traumas,

Experiences,

And emotions that surround it.

And when appropriate,

Do a massive change history and everything after that.

Relax and allow.

Please take all the time that you need to allow this to sink in.

You can pause the recording or just let it finish.

Reflecting on the process,

How it was for you today.

The statement that felt most resonant with you.

Perhaps taking some time to reflect on your attitude and love for intention from when you started today and feeling grateful for this healing container of this guided healing.
