Welcome to your guided meditation.

This meditation is to help you open your intuitive heart.

This is your time to just relax,

Let go and open your heart to deeper listening.

Make yourself comfortable.

Feel yourself relaxing with each breath in and as you exhale feel your body releasing tension and noticing your breath.

Feel your shoulders melting down,

Feel supported by your chair or your bed.

Making any adjustments that you need to calm and relax all tension.

Feel yourself tuning inward and with each inhale and each exhale begin to lengthen your breath out.

Noticing that as you breathe in your heart space is opening and lifting.

Feel your chest rising with the inhale and as you exhale feel it falling gently down.

Placing your hand or hands on your heart if that feels comfortable to you.

Imagine that as you're breathing deeper now in and out raising your heart's vibration as you breathe in and out.

Exhaling and letting go of your thoughts of the day and gently closing your eyes.

This practice is to guide you to opening your heart to what you intuitively know.

So continue to breathe gently and feel your chest rise and fall throughout this practice.

Keeping the breath even with the inhales and the exhales of the same length.

Feeling your body and spirit just melting back into your space.

And I will share a story.

There was once a tiger,

A remarkable Bengal tiger that was living in a zoo.

He was living in a 12 by 12 cage for many many years.

He paced and lived his whole existence in this cage.

As time went on the zoo decided to modernize and create an open habitat for him to roam with rocks and trees and space.

There was much excitement about the opening of this new habitat and many gathered for the occasion.

When the door was opened he would not go outside.

It was too late.

He had become so used to his cage and limitations that he could not open to something different and new.

This story shows us how we can become so used to suffering and pain and limitations based on our lived experience that we cannot see the forest for the trees.

As you think about this story how does it relate to your heart story that you tell yourself?

What limiting beliefs do you have about yourself?

About love?

About your heart opening to love?

What limiting beliefs do you have about change?

Take a few moments here breathing in to your heart center and breathing out listening for those intuitive messages straight from your heart center.

What does your heart believe now that may be a cage for you created in the past?

Taking a few moments to listen with self-love and compassion tuning in to the vibrations of your intuitive heart now.

Come back to your breath.

Notice any sensations,

Any messages that you've received from your intuitive heart.

What are you aware of?

Can you explore these ideas more deeply?

If you are ready for sleep allow these intuitive messages to just come gently into your awareness with self-love and compassion.

If you are waking perhaps writing them down or record them with your voice to revisit another time.

Your intuitive heart can heal you with its wisdom.

You can focus on your intuitive heart at any time just by slowing your breathing,

Taking equal inhales to your exhales,

To calm,

To soothe,

And to listen to your inner intuitive wisdom.

The light and love within my intuitive heart sends light and love to each of you.

Namaste.
