Start welcoming yourself with a full inhalation through the nose and a full exhalation perhaps with your mouth open softening out into this moment and see do a gentle scan through your shoulders softening chest softening belly ribs and see if there's anywhere in your body that needs extra softening at this moment let your intuition guide you into the sense of softening whatever it is that you're perceiving as tension holding and let's have a full breath into the nose open mouth breath releasing out and if you wish you can do that with me again full breath in through the nose open mouth softening breath out keeping that awareness on the breath on the ins and outs through the nose let's invite our next inhalation to be in a softening belly so that our capacity our awareness of the breath is in the belly that is ever softening with every inhalation and gently and lovingly bring your awareness to your feet to the soles of your feet and from the inside out feel from the center of the sole of the feet any aliveness that is there any sensations pulsations vibrations feel from the inside out the aliveness of your feet then come into a journey back to expanding that capacity of observing how the belly softens with the inhalation how the belly continues softening with the exhalation and the shift move our awareness to your hands palm of the hand center of the palm of your hand observe the aliveness from the inside out feel sense any sensations the aliveness that is there in your hands from the inside out now expand the capacity of that aliveness that tingling perhaps from the inside out in your hands to your arms shoulders chest entire torso legs and then all the way up to the crown of your head feel sense the aliveness of your entire system of your entire body allow the inhalation of the softening belly to be like a beam of light that expand that aliveness in your entire body and the exhalation to softening that expansion of light of aliveness for a couple of moments here you are invited to expand from your navel from your belly the aliveness through your entire body breathing in and out keeping yourself close to the awareness of the breath that expands the aliveness in your body this moment of aliveness keep close to your present mind the mantra I am here very inhalation I am here I am here I am here I am here I am here wherever you are have a full inhalation through your nose and open mouth full exhalation do that twice more if you wish full breath in through your nose open mouth breath out last one together here full breath in and open mouth breath out
