Welcome yourself to this space.
When you breathe in,
I want you to allow something easy and nourishing to come in through your nose.
When you breathe out,
Allowing something,
Anything that is in your mind,
To gently dissolve and let go.
We are breathing through our nose and breathing out through our mouths.
We are putting gentle lovely focus to the breath that comes in slowly and kindly through our nose,
Bringing us energy,
Love,
Perhaps compassion.
And we are breathing out any resistance,
Anger,
Anxiety,
Any hatred.
We are allowing what is good and positive to come in.
We welcome it with the inhalation and we release whatever doesn't belong with the exhalation.
Every time we breathe in,
We take in.
Every time we breathe out,
We let go.
Together with me,
Full breath in through the nose,
Open mouth,
Breath out.
And again,
Full breath in,
Open mouth,
Breath out.
