This is a Rob Pross Wholeness Meditation.

This practice today can be done anywhere,

Anytime,

But could be extra beneficial if you head outside and do this meditation in nature,

But if not,

We will use the incredible power of your imagination to do this work of cultivating energy.

Starting with taking a nice big deep breath in,

And a slow exhale,

And another deep breath in,

And slow exhale,

And starting with relaxing through the body,

Relaxing through the top of the head,

To the tip of the nose,

To the corners of the mouth,

Down through your neck,

Softening through the shoulders,

Down through the heart,

Noticing the breath,

Relaxing through the belly,

The tailbone,

The pelvis,

Down through the thighs,

The knees,

And the tips of your toes.

Maybe giving the fingers and toes a little wiggle,

Feeling the body and the breath,

And in your mind's eye,

Imagining that you're out in a beautiful open field,

Maybe trees and mountains around you,

A bright blue sky,

A cool breeze,

Birds chirping,

Just noticing everything around you.

Notice how it feels,

And imagine yourself walking through this field.

Each step relaxes you more and more.

Each cushy step on that grass brings you deeper and deeper into this beautiful,

Peaceful place,

Walking,

Noticing,

And I'll count back from 10.

10,

Each step will relax you deeper and deeper,

More and more,

Noticing each step,

Relaxing,

Taking in the beautiful space,

Seven,

Butterflies flying around you,

Two,

Feeling yourself in this beautiful outdoor space,

Finding a seat in the grass,

Running your fingers through each blade.

Notice the smell,

The cool breeze.

Find yourself laying on your back,

Up at the sky,

The beautiful big blue sky,

Fluffy white clouds,

Warm sun on your face,

Feeling so relaxed,

At ease,

Peaceful,

Taking a deep breath in and out,

And as your body is relaxed,

Laying on this grass,

Whether it's in your mind or you're actually there,

You're going to start to breathe deep breaths,

And each deep breath that you breathe in,

You'll imagine that you're pulling that beautiful,

Radiant energy from all around you into your body.

Breathing in the essence of Mother Earth,

The smells,

The textures,

The sensations,

Breathing in the energy of the earth,

And letting it charge you up like a battery.

Each deep breath,

You start to feel this radiant energy moving from the tips of your toes,

Filling through your feet,

Your knees,

Your thighs and hips,

Pulling all of that energy,

Revitalization,

Up through the belly,

Ribcage,

Heart,

Shoulders,

Filling through the arms and the hands,

Up through the neck,

The jaw,

The cheekbones,

Forehead,

Up to the crown of your head.

Using this natural force of energy from the earth to fill the energy in your body.

Filling every cell,

Every space,

Every nook and cranny of your being is starting to lift up,

Awaken,

Giving you this beautiful surge of energy that's ready to tackle whatever is next on your journey.

And exhaling anything that's stagnant,

Breathing in energy,

Exhaling stagnant,

Continuing to breathe,

Imagining that the heartbeat of Mother Earth is filling through your body,

Your bones,

The cells and the spaces,

Bringing you back to your authentic self,

Renewing you and charging you up.

A few more breaths.

Whenever you're ready,

Coming back to the current space that you're in,

And when it feels right,

You can open your eyes,

Take a deep breath in,

Plant your feet on the ground and stand up with a big stretch,

Thinking about one thing that you're grateful for in your body,

And then continuing on with the rest of your day.
