Maybe furious.

It happens to all of us sometimes.

Your heart is likely racing,

Your breath shallow.

You may feel physically hot.

The heat of anger can be intense.

Imagine a huge,

Beautiful wind arriving to cool you.

Let the anger seep out of your pores and let the wind take it away like leaves blowing in the fall.

Feel yourself cool down from this soothing air.

Feel your anger release.

Feel the heat of anger diminish.

Feel your anger settling down.

Ah,

That's better.

That's better.
