Transcript

Take a breath and release it.

Of course you are upset,

It's only natural.

Honor your feelings for a moment,

But see how they are pulling you off course,

How you have lost your center.

Put your hand on your belly.

Feel for your deep inner center.

Reclaim your centered state.

Imagine all the upsetting situation around you calming down.

Feel your upset dissipating.

Be calm.

Be centered.

Be well.

This is a perfect rest, especially for work anger anf frustration. Super quick, yet completely works for me. I'll probably listen to this several times a day. Namaste ๐Ÿ™

Thank you so much. This helped me realize I don't need to stay upset when their isn't a thing I can do about it right now. Help ease my stomach.

Brilliant immediately after 1 minute to calm fight or flight. The two in tandem took enough of the edge of a PTSI episode for me to function again. Thank you so much for giving me this help x

This is excellent, exactly what I needed. Very grateful. It works for me to replay this meditation until I feel centered again. It would be wonderful if there was an extend version with periods silence for breathing.
