The art of letting go,

When you wake up and you feel overwhelmed with thoughts whenever you overthink,

Whenever you realize,

Oh I'm thinking a lot,

This is for you for those moments when you're ready to let go and you don't know how,

I invite you to just sit down relax,

Because I know life can get hard at times,

It can get chaotic,

It can get confusing and in those times it's hard to know exactly where to go,

How to feel or even to find clarity and the purpose,

It's very hard but whenever you calm down,

Sit down,

Close your eyes take some deep breaths,

Letting go become much much easier and this way you're able to live in the present moment which is the key for being here and now,

Owning your feelings owning your feelings,

Owning your emotions,

So I want to invite you to sit down and close your eyes take three deep breaths from the belly,

Release the tension in the shoulders,

The neck,

The jaw,

The eyes eyebrows,

Anywhere where you feel stiff,

Maybe in the back,

Because letting go means being able to float,

To float above the water,

Follow the river,

Follow the flow of the universe and the life that has designed for you,

Overthinking and being anxious just drags you down,

Puts you down to the bottom of this river and makes it harder for you to move with flow,

So I invite you to just be here with me and breathe deeply and if any thoughts arise,

That's okay,

That's all good,

Just remember to come back to the breath and gently think of a cloud,

Put your thought in the cloud and see it moving away while you're here,

Life is just a magical flow,

Let's just follow it let's follow it without fear,

Without anxiety and if those comes,

That's okay,

We allow them to come,

We see them we acknowledge,

We come back to the breath,

We come back to the here and now and embrace each and every part of our body,

Mind,

Emotion,

Spirit,

Because accepting,

Accepting those parts,

Accepting that we're in a place of chaotic motion,

A place that it's not clear,

Accepting that it's the first step being able to,

Yes it's okay,

I love myself,

It's all good,

I'm doing the best I can instead of coming from a place of hate,

Calm down,

We come from a place of love because it's all love,

I invite you to take another three deep breaths and the last one,

Sigh it out loud hope you're feeling better now and remember to always come back to the breath if in any moment of your life you're not feeling a hundred percent or you're feeling ungrounded feeling like you're lost,

You feel like there's something wrong,

You're not in the right place something chaotic is going on,

It's all good,

It's all good,

Coming back to the breath will allow you to step into that and love it and that will make it so much better and coming back to the breath,
