RJ is a mindfulness meditation guide writing custom meditations opening pathways to ease for clients of all ages. She authors books on mindfulness for children. The books are designed to spark conversations on sometimes difficult topics hopeful they create pathways allowing space for insights into mindful actions that guide us to a world full of creative thought and heartfelt connection to others. You can find more about RJ and her practice on her Substack blog, little lotus seeds. She is the founder of Lotus Seed Meditations and Lotus Seed Lifestyles. She is a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Cornell-certified Wellness Counselor and holds 200-hour certifications in Prana Vinyasa Flow and Yoga Therapy with specialized training in yoga for children and trauma-informed yoga. She holds a BS in English with a Minor in Creative Writing from West Virginia University.

This is exactly what I need to get to sleep each night. RJ’s voice is soothing and calming, providing the right softness to soothe a tired and anxious mind. I honestly hope she publishes more meditations on here!
