He started along the shamanic path when he was 21 and did his shamanic practitioner training in Cornwall UK at 23. During this training Jack experienced working with the elements, the land and the spirits. His most recent training was with the Yoga Nidra Network, training in total Yoga Nidra. This has allowed Jack to combine certain aspects of earth based spirituality with rest and trance practices.
