Joy is the warmhearted feeling of pleasure we get when we experience awe at being alive, observe a rainbow or the sun shining on our faces, or acknowledge the food on our tables. When we practice experiencing joy, we find it easier to experience over-and-over again to the point that it can visit for no reason at all. During this 10-minute meditation, we'll practice experiencing and introducing joy into our lives.
