Hello and welcome to Soul Soup.

I'm Dr.

Jeanette Freeman here to dish up a little food for your soul and warmth for your heart.

As we dig in and start a new series entitled Living the I Am Way.

Living the I Am Way.

What is living the I Am Way?

The I Am Way as I talk a lot about in my new book which is going to be out soon,

The I Am Source Code,

Is living more from the higher self than the conditioned mind.

Living the I Am Way is up leveling and allowing the I Am Presence,

Our divine nature to begin to upgrade the operating system where the I Am nature versus the conditioned mind is leading our life more and more.

And as that happens we are able to experience the greater peace and joy and abundance that is our natural self,

Our natural way to live.

Not natural in the way of the world because the natural way in the world is the way of scarcity,

Suffering,

Separation.

It reminds me of that metaphor.

Imagine if you were a child holding the hand of your beloved parent,

Walking through the carnival,

The amusement park,

Going on the rides,

Eating delicious treats and being able to have a wonderful time always with your hand being held by your beloved parent.

And then imagine that you drop the hand of your parent and you find yourself alone,

Looking,

Looking for them and eventually even forgetting that you're looking for them because now you're looking for food and you're looking to be safe and it's scary and you feel alone.

This reminds me of our Earth journey.

It's like we forgot we came in here with forgetfulness,

Forgetting that we had just as close as our breath the hand of our parent,

Of our source.

And our journey is waking up and remembering again and again that we're not separate and that the parent self,

The higher self,

The I am presence as I call it,

Is as close as our breath but we've been lost in forgetfulness.

We've been lost in the nature of the mind and the conditioning.

We look all around us and we see competition,

Struggle,

Corruption,

Lies,

Dishonesty.

We see pain and we see suffering.

We see poverty and degradation and we say eventually we have to keep asking what is real,

Which life is real.

We have to ask that in ourself.

What is real because that which we believe to be real will be that which shows up,

Manifested around us.

It's the I choose heaven on Earth versus choosing hell on Earth.

For they are both here and they are both evidenced moment by moment by moment and our greatest challenge and opportunity on this journey is to keep choosing.

In the I am discourses when it talks about happiness and the key to happiness in this life,

It says that the key to happiness is self-control and I forgot but it's the same thing.

It's self-control.

It's like the capacity to choose redirection.

That's it,

Self-control and redirection.

The capacity to redirect our attention upon something else,

Upon the presence,

Upon that reality.

But it's not easy,

I know.

It's not easy because of the conditioned mind and because of our conditioning but also of the collective consciousness all around us.

We have all the support that we need and the fact is that there are some very key practices done over and over again that can strengthen that connection to the I am presence,

To the divine reality so that that reality can begin to inform our body-mind system,

Our nervous system.

It can begin to inform it,

Reprogram it,

Rewire it to be able to receive the higher frequencies of the I am presence and to be able to see beyond the veil,

Beyond the suffering,

Beyond separation to be able to see and experience this heaven on earth consciousness and then to also manifest around us those types of experiences that mirror that internal reality of safety and support and love.

So as we start to make this connection and we will do this each week on this program,

As we talk about living the I am way,

Applying the principles taught in the I am source code,

Applying the principles to be able to realign with the I am nature,

As we practice those principles we begin to see the manifestations around us which we want to.

A couple of weeks ago I had this amazing experience of just being gifted really an all-expenses paid luxury first-class trip to the Cayman Islands and there was a moment when I was in the infinity pool looking over the side gazing at the white sandy beaches and the beautiful ocean with the sun beating on my back.

When I looked up and thought,

How does this happen?

And felt this amazing connection to the presence and it's always the presence.

And it was that moment of just really tapping into and realizing that life isn't just this old conditioned way of chaos and struggle and having to work hard for everything you get as the world would suggest.

And that day by day the opportunity is to keep remembering the truth beyond the veil of the magical miraculous life that is available.

And it's not just about those kind of extreme manifestations but it's about day by day and moment by moment redirecting our attention and choice in order to keep aligning with the I am nature,

The miraculous nature,

Choosing again which life is real.

I mention that experience because now that experience is ingrained inside of me and aligned with the feelings of absolute miraculous blessing and beauty and God and presence that I'm able to tap back into energetically and to remember that truth.

Coming back into everyday life and dealing with family and work and this and that.

Moment by moment I've had to this week go,

Wait a minute,

Which life will I choose to believe is true?

And so in today's practice I'm going to show you a really beautiful and easy way to realign with that truth.

I will guide you in the core practice of getting in your line,

Getting in your I am line,

Moving into alignment with your higher self.

And then we want to help condition you to be able to take three deep breaths at any time and recall the feelings of connection,

Love,

Support,

Whatever it is that you really want to recall that helps you to remember the higher truth,

Your peace,

Your joy,

Your abundance,

Your support,

Your safety,

Your security,

Whatever that is for you.

So today we're working to up level this operating system so that we are a clear and clear channel for the I am nature to come through.

So when we talk about the I am nature,

I'm talking about you,

Your own higher self,

Your own share of the divinity that you are.

So let's go ahead and prepare now for our practice.

That's right.

And we start by beginning to get online,

Getting online.

In other words,

Take a breath,

Pulling your awareness into the inside of you and imagine this line,

Imagine a line coming through the top of your head,

The crown of your head,

A golden river of light coming from high above your head.

We're imagining that's coming directly from the I am presence connecting and coming directly from the source of all creation.

This is the way we're holding the hand of the beloved parent and reconnecting with the source,

The source of our love,

The source of our safety,

Security,

Support.

So we imagine this beautiful golden river of light coming down into the top of our head,

Moving in through the spine or in front of the spine,

Moving out the base of the spine and moving deep into the earth.

And so as we breathe,

We're going to breathe and connect to this vertical line.

So one of the ways to do that is to simply take a breath in and allow it to move up like I moving up to the ground and moving down,

Taking a breath.

I looking up and releasing it down the line.

I looking up and releasing it down.

I am.

I am.

That's right.

And with every breath of I and am,

We are bringing awareness into our mind.

Every time we do this,

We are bringing energetic alignment with the higher self.

We are calling upon the name of the divine.

I am.

I am.

I am.

We are invoking the divine through calling its name.

I am.

And with every breath,

Just gently and easily move into this vertical breath pattern,

Breathing up and down.

I and am.

Relaxing more and more and more.

With every breath pattern and every breath,

Your body is relaxing.

You're feeling the anchorage to your I am line,

To your higher self.

You are relaxing and settling into the breath.

So aware of this line,

This beautiful river of light that's coming from high above your head that in this river is bringing all that you need.

I am as the source of supply,

Of love,

Of peace,

Of joy.

It is the voice of intuition,

The guidance,

And is the peace that we seek.

So I invite you now just to use your beautiful imagination to find yourself in a very special location or situation that feels so beautiful to you,

That feels peaceful and joyful.

Or maybe it's a time in your memory where you felt so safe or loved or peaceful.

Imagine a beautiful location,

Either someplace you've been or maybe just something in your imagination.

And imagine the feelings of really just feeling completely safe,

Supported love.

Look around and see what it is that you are seeing and hear what you're hearing and feel what you're feeling.

That's right.

And allow that feeling to be even stronger.

And now I want you to take a very long deep breath and as you breathe,

Breathe in through your nose and then out through your mouth.

But breathe in this vision and all of the feelings that are associated with it and allow them to expand and bathe over you with all these feelings of support,

Love,

Safety,

Whatever it is for you.

So take a deep breath and feel that right now.

That's right.

And allow those feelings to grow even more and take another deep breath and as you take a breath,

You are remembering how all of this feels in your body.

Take another deep breath and feel all of those wonderful feelings right now in your body.

That's right.

And see the picture in your mind that you are right there in this place,

Feeling these wonderful feelings that every time you take a deep breath,

You are remembering to feel these wonderful feelings.

Every time you take this conscious deep breath,

You are recalling all these wonderful feelings.

See yourself in this beautiful location,

Feeling those feelings and take another deep breath,

Feeling all the wonderful feelings of being in this beautiful location,

Being completely supported and safe.

Wonderful.

That's right.

And then just stay with that vision for a while longer and remember and see yourself in this location.

What is it that you're seeing out of your own eyes?

What is it you're hearing?

What is it you're feeling?

Is it safety,

Security?

Is it support?

Is it love?

Is it light?

Is it peace?

Is it joy?

Is it gratitude for the abundance all around?

Allow those feelings to expand even more now,

Even more.

And as you consciously take another three breaths,

You're going to feel those feelings even more.

Take a deep breath.

Allow those feelings to just wash over you,

Wash over your line,

Wash over you.

Completely anchoring in your nervous system all the feelings associated with that vision and associated with the deep breath.

That every time you take that deep conscious breath,

That your body is remembering all of these feelings to feel good,

To align with your higher self and to align with a reality that is true,

Secure,

Supported,

Safe,

Loved.

That's right.

Take another deep breath.

And with every breath,

All these feelings are expanded even more in you,

Even more.

And every time you take a deep conscious breath,

Aligning with your I am line,

You are able to tap into these feelings more and more and more.

That's right.

And another deep breath,

Feeling and accessing all those wonderful feelings of being in unity and alignment with your I am line and with this vision and feeling all of those feelings in your body.

That's right.

Good.

Just allowing your breath to stabilize and carry you.

Just return to your I am mantra.

I on the in breath,

Breathing up and am on the out breath.

Exhaling your deep awareness into this core energetic line.

Imagine that this river of light is fused to your spine.

Fuse maybe tying golden river ribbons all around and fusing this line,

This river right to your spine.

That this core,

This energy of light,

This river of remembrance is right in the center of you.

And every time you take a deep conscious breath,

Aligning with your line,

You will access these feelings of feeling good.

So let's do it one more time.

Take a deep breath and notice how you feel and take another deep breath and another deep breath and notice how you feel.

So where of this connection to this I am line that we just take a moment and affirm and align.

I am this I am presence.

I am one with this presence.

I am completely supported,

Supplied,

Blessed.

I am peaceful.

This I am presence is living its life in and through this body mind system and every day in every way I'm pulling back the veil and waking up to this spiritual reality.

I am making a choice to choose the I am viewpoint.

Today I am making a choice to redirect my attention to the breath.

Today I am making that choice to choose to live the I am way anchored in the higher self.

Take a moment to make your own affirmations that what you choose to align with.

That's right.

And just take a deep breath.

Gently bringing back your awareness to right here right now.

And you will notice this week that every time you decide to go online and take three deep breaths you will feel these feelings again.

And when you catch yourself being distracted with fear or worry or thoughts that are causing stress,

Anxiety,

Stop and take three deep breaths and you will see how those three deep breaths can turn you around,

Can realign you and can calm your whole nervous system so that you can remember who you are.

That you were tapping in and have an interest in living the I am way in greater peace and presence,

Making the divine reality a part of your everyday life.

Love the visual of the golden ribbons or lines that encircle us from above. We have that power of changing the direction of our thoughts to be more beneficial and strengthening for our inner being.
