A lot of affirmations fail because they ask us to say things we simply do not believe. When you are struggling deeply, overly positive statements can feel distant, fake, or even painful to repeat. This psycho-educational video offers a grounded shift toward realistic, compassionate self-talk. Instead of forcing toxic positivity, we explore how to use supportive, believable language that honors you and your actual experience. This helps soften our relationship to our inner critic, calm the nervous system, and build authentic emotional resilience.

Can be enough sometimes,

Right?

The way we speak to ourselves matters.

Not only to use them as they are in terms of the phrases and how they're given to you,

But you can tweak them,

You can embellish them,

You can chop and change them.

Resonates with your nervous system when you say it in those words and you're like,

I can I can hear that.
