This practice makes for an excellent start to the day, should you wish to use it for this. It begins with gentle relaxation and a visualization to settle the body and mind. From there, we ease into self-compassion and slowly narrow our attention, guiding awareness inward. As we deepen into the sensations of the body, we begin to touch the quieter dimensions within: stillness, spaciousness, and the deeper observing presence that has always been here.
