Welcome to your countryside immersion in the rolling wilds of rural England. This retreat has been designed as an intimate pause from the pace of daily life — a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.  Spaces are limited to keep this retreat personal and intimate. You'll be part of a weekend designed for growth, connection, and renewal in the heart of the English countryside.

Situated on the edge of the idyllic village of Easton and a 15-minute drive from Woodbridge, Farmstead Lodges are a collection of luxury cabins in the heart of the Suffolk Countryside. Surrounded by ancient oaks and open fields, the lodges are designed to offer a sense of warmth and comfort. A home from home. Wildflowers stretch as far as the eye can see, a true escape into Suffolk’s natural beauty. Drink your morning coffee on the veranda. Take a walk through the whispering fields, or indulge in a peaceful soak in one of the alfresco baths. Every element helps you feel restored and at home.

Food will be prepared by Millie's Dishes. Millie is a natural chef who believes in nourishing the body, mind, and soul with seasonal, nutritious plant-focused meals. Think healthy living, balanced dishes, all made with love and natural ingredients. Dietary requirements can be catered to so let us know in advance then Millie can create nourishing and well balanced meals for you on retreat.

Schedule

Guests arrive at Farmstead Lodges on 15 May from 3 pm, settling into their accommodations before enjoying a group dinner and a guided Yoga Nidra session. The next two days follow a nurturing rhythm that includes morning vinyasa yoga, breathwork sessions with Lucy, hearty brunches, countryside walks, and reflective workshops focused on personal growth and transformation. Afternoons feature workshops such as “Blooming into the Best Version of You” and “Shedding the Old, Embracing the New,” with each day closing in a calming Yoga Nidra practice. The retreat concludes on 18 May with an early morning yoga session and a breakfast to go, ideal for those heading straight back to work.

The remaining balance for the retreat is due 90 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 90 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 90 days before the retreat begins.
