We invite you to join us for Sun, Sea & Yoga, an intimate all-inclusive retreat in the breathtaking beauty of Sardinia. A week to reconnect with yourself, nature, and the essence of practice. What awaits you: 🧘🏽♀️ Daily Yoga & Meditation Two concurrent guided yoga practices each day based on Italian and English instruction, twice a day: • Morning practice to awaken strength, breath, and clarity • Evening practice to soften, restore, and integrate The presence of two senior teachers ensures personalized attention and a rich, multicultural approach to the practice. The yoga practices will include Meditation, Asana and Pranayama. Additional optional sessions will be offered during the day for those who wish to enjoy the pool and deepen their practice rather than going to the beach. 🌊 The Sea, Just Steps Away The beach is only 0.9 miles from the peaceful venue. You can enjoy a pleasant walk, or use the guest drop-off and pick-up service available throughout the day. The pool is always available during the day. 🥗 Nourishing Vegan Cuisine Two delicious, lovingly vegan meals prepared each day by our Chef, Federico Marchesini, designed to support vitality and practice. Fresh juices, fruit, and beverages will always be available. Food allergies need to be specified at the time of booking (food will be only plant-based) 🏖 Space to Simply Be Swim in the turquoise waters, walk along the shore, journal, rest by the pool, or explore the quiet beauty of the Sardinia’s landscape. 🏡 Intimate Accommodations Our retreat home offers a peaceful and comfortable setting with limited spaces. The venue is Rocca Bianca Luxury Villa, a luxury space based in Tertenia, Nuoro, Sardinia. It accommodates 12 people (apart from the hosting team), with a private pool and sea and mountain views. It features 6 bedrooms (4 suites with bathrooms), 2 kitchens, TVs and Wi-Fi in every room, and air conditioning. Linens, beach towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are included. A large garden, 2 barbecues, a laundry room, and parking with electric car charging are also available. Discreet and private staff are available for cleaning the exterior, garden, and pool. Services included: Sheets, towels, and household linens 🐶 Dogs are welcome (not allowed in the pool) Important Details What is included: – Accommodation, yoga & meditation practices, two daily vegan meals, beverages, snacks, and activities within the venue. – Transportation to and from the beach is available, if needed. – Transfer from the Cagliari airport to the venue. Be advised that it is a one time transfer from the Meeting Point as indicated below and time cannot be changed: Meeting Point 📍 INFO POINT SOGAER – Cagliari Airport (Sardinia, Italy) Transfer departure will be not later than 7 PM (Please plan your arrival accordingly) What is not included: – Excursions are available for an additional fee. We highly recommend a boat trip along the stunning and scenic coves of Sardinia’s Orosei coast, along with a selection of other experiences. After booking, you will receive a complete list of the excursions available to you. – Flights to and from the retreat venue. They must be arranged by guests.

The remaining balance for the retreat is due 7 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 7 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 7 days before the retreat begins.
