What to expect: We will hike, practice yoga, enjoy shared bodywork and sit quietly in the presence of the great California coast. This will be a moderately rated backpacking and yoga retreat, so don’t be shy. Beginners who have the appropriate health and fitness necessary for safe travels are welcome. This trip is also perfect for seasoned excursionists who would like to slow down and integrate mindfulness practice into their wilderness adventure. Participants will carry their own backpacks weighing 30 to 40 pounds with distances of 7 to 9 miles daily over rocky, sandy, and remote terrain.

Cancellation policy

The remaining balance for the retreat is due 14 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 14 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 14 days before the retreat begins.
