Revive & Thrive is a 5-day intensive, which combines research-based best-practices into a life-shifting experience. At Aro Ha, transformation isn’t just felt—it’s measured. Guests see an average 2-year drop in biological age and an 8.8% reduction in high blood pressure. With over 30,000 hours of team training behind every moment, this experience is crafted with precision, care, and profound intention. Join us, and join the few who live with wellbeing at their core. We've taken a look at every aspect of our multi-award-winning programme and optimised it for our new world. From hygiene to contrast hydro-therapy, from our menu to our movement sessions, here the latest research is infused into our practices. You'll deepen your breath, nourish your immune system, calm the nervous system, and remember what it's like to delight in the rising sun. Transformation happens quickly here. Our days will harness the power of nature, nutrition, mindfulness, yoga, pilates, and other research-based best practices. All ages, abilities, and fitness levels are welcome.

Nestled in the heart of Ka Tiritiri-o-te-Moana, the Southern Alps of New Zealand, we intend to support transformation through adventurous experiences. We are interested in creating the right relationship with ourselves, our families, and our environment. The local plants inspire our menu. The local stones are built into our walls, and the local mountains are where we reconnect. At Aro Ha, we are deeply inspired by and interconnected with nature. ARO is thought, life principle, to pay attention, to focus, to concentrate. RO is inner, within, introspection. OHA is generosity, prosperity, abundance, wealth. HA means breath of life, life force, intentional breath. Aro Hā in depth is the very essence of who we are and may be described as the binding force of the universe. It’s the presence of divine breath – something we feel deep within – a foundational practice of life and we use it as an entry point into the mysticism of the present.
