Nourish your body and mind in nature at the natural and intimate Zen-style Tipi Village in Oregon with outdoor yoga on a wooden yoga deck, meditation, hot tub, wholesome gourmet healthy meals, a nearby natural swimming hole, and an opportunity to slow down. The perfect place to truly relax, rejuvenate, meditate, connect with nature, and journey inwards. Meet like-minded yogis and friends and take time for your own self-care, reflection, and renewal. With its stunning coastline, beaches, waterfalls, Crater Lake National Park, Mt Hood National Forest, Tualatin Wine Region, and the city of Portland, there is so much to explore in Oregon. We'll be retreat'ing and connecting with nature at a unique and secluded retreat center in nature, and sleeping in gorgeous, comfortable Zen-style Tipis (with beds, linens, and furnishings!), taking glamping to the next level. A limited number of cabins are also available if you prefer a little indoor comfort. "If you sit still, you will experience nature's silence and stillness. You will find an atmosphere of respect amongst these tall trees. Respect for the Land, the Keepers of the Land, all Living Creatures, and for Mother Nature." ~ owners of Tipi Village, Oregon Your teacher and leader of this retreat is Sally Mitchell, the founder and owner of Body Flows. Sally is an inspiring teacher and healer, sharing with others the practices that have helped her to discover a path of transformation and greater self-awareness. Sally's approach as a leader and teacher is holistic, balanced, mindful, and grounded. Her teaching style is strong, supportive, and safe, integrating movement, alignment, breath, and stillness for a mindful and balanced flow practice. She has been teaching yoga since 2010 and leading yoga retreats since 2014, and is grateful to have the opportunity to share the gift of yoga with others.
