This potent spiritual retreat at Mt. Shasta is a deeply transformative experience, blending the natural beauty of this sacred volcanic mountain with practices that foster inner growth, healing, and connection to nature and spirit. The magic begins each day at the Mt. Shasta headwaters, as we bless, connect, and hydrate with pure, sacred mountain water in a ceremony with the intention for the day. 1. The Sacred Energy of Mt. Shasta Mt. Shasta, located in N California, is considered a spiritual vortex and a place of high vibrational energy. Many believe it holds unique metaphysical properties, acting as a portal for spiritual awakening. The mountain has long been revered by indigenous peoples, mystics, and spiritual seekers who are drawn to its majestic presence and energetic significance. It is the home of Telos and ancient Lemurian civilizations. 2. Retreat Activities This retreat offers a mix of activities designed to connect participants to themselves, the Mountain, and their higher selves. These include: - Meditation and Energy Work: Guided meditations, sound healing, chakra alignment, and alchemical energetic sessions in sacred locations on and around the mountain to amplify inner clarity and balance. - Sacred Hikes: Walks to spiritually significant sites located on and around the Mountain not found online. Beginner to intermediate level of hiking skills is required. - Channeled Messages from Mt.Shasta: Live channeling from the energy and spirits of the mountain and surrounding vortexes to connect us deeper with messages. - Ceremonies: Fire ceremonies for clearing and manifesting, drumming, water blessings with the special water emerging from inside the mountain. - Activities: Guided meditations, yoga. - Sound Healing: Live gong sound healing in nature. 3. Natural Beauty and Serenity The mountain offers awe-inspiring views, pristine alpine lakes, dense forests, and meadows filled with wildflowers. This serene environment helps participants disconnect from daily stress and immerse themselves in the present moment. 4. I found Cindy and her shared wisdom to be a wonderful balance of spiritual empowerment and practical practices to deepen your connection to self, the Earth and Source. Thank you! Anne

I’ve just attended May sound healing retreat. What an amazing two and a half days it was! I've experienced sound bathing before but being able to live it 3 days in a row deepened my relaxation and connection with my inner self. David had such a genuine and welcoming energy that elevated my overall retreat experience and my stay to a different level. Besides being a very spiritual and talented musician. David also enhanced our weekend’s journey with astrological reading and insights. And of course nature itself was an added bonus to the magical weekend retreat. I want everybody I know to discover this for themselves.
