Meals will be nourishing and thoughtfully prepared to support rest and grounding throughout the weekend. A variety of options will be offered, including plant-based and protein-inclusive dishes. We can accommodate vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-allergy-friendly needs. After registration, you’ll receive a brief dietary form to share any restrictions or allergies so we can thoughtfully plan accordingly.

During the weekend, you’ll be gently guided through: - Structured periods of rest and spaciousness - Body-based practices that support regulation and presence - Guided reflection to support clarity and self-honoring choices - Time in a quiet, ocean-side environment - A small-group container held with care and intention Post Retreat: Following the retreat, you’ll receive four weeks of gentle integration support to help what you reconnected with settle into daily life. All experiences are offered as invitation. You are encouraged to participate in ways that feel supportive for you.

  • Participants should be able to engage in gentle movement and light walking (including beach terrain).

  • The participant acknowledges that this retreat is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.

  • By registering, participants agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others in the group.

  • Participants are responsible for their own physical and emotional well-being during the retreat and are encouraged to trust their inner knowing in determining what feels supportive for them.

Cancellation policy

The remaining balance for the retreat is due 60 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 60 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 60 days before the retreat begins.
