Our all-inclusive retreat combines luxury beachfront accommodations, chef-prepared healthy meals, and expert-led fitness and wellness experiences designed to energize your body, refresh your mind, and inspire lasting healthy habits. From beach workouts and mobility sessions to recovery, relaxation, and outdoor adventures, every detail is carefully curated to help you look, feel, and perform your best. Unlike large group retreats, we intentionally limit participation to just five guests at a time, creating an intimate and highly personalized environment where every guest receives the attention, encouragement, and coaching they deserve. Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, the Clearwater Beach Marina and the Intracoastal Waterway, this modern, upscale hotel is adjacent to Clearwater Beach, a mile from Clearwater Marine Aquarium and 21 miles from Tampa International Airport. Below is a sample of what a non-check-in/check-out day looks like: 8:00-9:00: Empower Hour Beach Fitness (designed for all levels!) 9:00-9:30:Beach run/walk 9:45-10:30: Yoga, HIIT, TRX, Spin, etc 10:45-11:30: Healthy breakfast smoothie/nutrition overview 11:30-12:00: Misc. class/ activity (paddle boarding, kayaking, yoga, biking, etc.) 12:00-12:30: Resistance training/Myoware MRT session/Flexibility 12:30-2:00: Back to the resort for chef-prepared lunch at Ocean Hai 2:00-2:45 Nutrition Consultation with our on-board dietitian 3:00-5:00: Beach/pool time/explore/recover/relax 5:00- Chef prepared dinner at Ocean Hai at your leisure, Relax! *There is no fitness or meals on check-in and checkout days. Check-in is at 4 pm and checkout is 11 am.

My 17 yr old daughter and I booked a four night, three day 1 Team Fitness retreat at the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach, January 2025. We flew to Tampa and took an Uber to the hotel. We checked in and were given a lovely room with a balcony and wonderful views of Clearwater Bay & the Gulf. We had time to explore the area before meeting Kyle the next morning. At 8 AM sharp we met our trainer, Kyle and right away knew we were going to have a wonderful time. I must say the hotel was also quite complementary of Kyle so we had a good feeling going into our three day workout adventure. We worked out with Kyle for the next three mornings, doing agility & strength exercises on the beautiful, white sand beach, lots of walking, we rented bikes, rode over bridges and did stair climbs, we did a boxing workout, worked out in the hotel gym, but my favourite activity was kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding with dolphins. We saw so many dolphins over the course of our stay - it was incredible! One dolphin came up right in front of my daughter‘s kayak and swam under us! Kyle definitely knows his stuff and was an excellent trainer, very personable, friendly… We laughed a lot. The hotel food included was always delicious and we were able to adjust the menu slightly, which was wonderful. We especially loved those morning protein smoothies. Our afternoons were free to walk & explore the wonderful area surrounding the Wyndham Grand. The sunrises & sunsets were spectacular! The only downside is being Canadian because the Cdn dollar is so low compared to the US, we had to almost pay 50% more. Hopefully that will change in the future and we’ll definitely be back! Thanks for a wonderful few days, Kyle! Highly recommended… especially to escape the cold winter!

I had three amazing days with 1Team fitness. Each day’s workout with Kyle was challenging but oh so much fun! The experience was truly customized towards my goals. Meals and accommodations at the Wyndham Grand were top notch. Kyle is kind and committed, and works closely with the hotel to make sure everything is exactly right. The beach is gorgeous and sunshine can’t be beat! Just what a body needs to feel re-focused and re-energized. I debated long and hard before committing to this fitcation and it was SO totally worth it. 1000%!! Cannot recommend highly enough for anyone looking to make an investment in themselves and have a terrific time doing it!

I was originally looking for a yoga retreat but SO glad I stumbled upon this oppoortunity. I completed the 4 day fitcation. Kyle did an amazing job, keeping me motivated. He was incredibly positive, kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the time with him (always smiling/happy). He was not afraid to challenge me and even believed in me more than I believed in myself at time. Kyle always wearing a smile, made the time with him fun. My training consisted of cardio/agility exercises on the beach, biking and also kayaking, with varying degrees of challenge. The accommodations at the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach Resort were excellent. It was a great location with amazing service/facilities. It was easy to find things to do around the hotel without needing a car during my free time. Overall, the only con is that I wish it was longer! Maybe next time!!!

The remaining balance for the retreat is due 14 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 14 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 14 days before the retreat begins.
