Testimonials

info

We had a very interesting class where we learned a lot about both the theoretical and practical aspects of yoga! We really enjoyed it, it was inspiring and it will be an experience to repeat.

Madalena Guerreiro, Portugal

Arminda is a very sensitive and skilled yoga teacher, her classes are wonderful and really help my well being and general health, both physically and mentally. She is also a great massage therapist. Totally recommended!

Mariana Tengner, Portugal

Excellent teacher, very supportive of a yoga beginner like me. I completely recommend it.

Zena Merton, England

Arminda’s yoga classes got me through a very difficult emotional time during the pandemic. The practice I learned then has carried me forward and I still hear her voice in my head when I practice alone, encouraging and reassuring me. Her style of teaching is so relaxed and calming and it’s made my practice much more enjoyable and takes me beyond the physical and into a meditation space. Yoga has helped me manage the pain of osteoarthritis- I used to have to walk with crutches and was in terrible pain and now I hardly notice any pain! Yoga (and Arminda!) has taught me the importance of self love, self care and kindness towards the self. It’s also helped me to be thankful everyday. Life changing and life saving.

Caroline Mishra, Uk

Arminda is an incredibly dedicated teacher. She really takes yoga too the next level keeping her classes young, fresh yet always keeping loyal to the best traditional teachings! With her you can be sure to never get bored because if in one hand she is really concerned with your body’s personal needs, on the other hand you can be sure that she will challenge you and always push you to go further, do and be better! Arminda is always creative bringing you something new at every day and she will make sure your mind and spirit will be in good shape including the meditation and breathing techniques to the practice! Without her my physical health wouldn’t be the same and during the lockdown she brought the practice and consistecy my body needed no mater where she was and how far her travels would take her. Do try and enjoy the ride!
