Details
The Surrender Retreat with Island Tribe Wellness is an intimate wellness experience held at Six Senses Grenada, on the Caribbean’s renowned Spice Island. Designed for professionals in demanding fields — especially in healthcare and corporate leadership — this retreat provides a private space to step back from burnout and reconnect with yourself. Unlike larger retreats, the Surrender Retreat is intentionally small and exclusive, allowing each guest the privacy and personal attention needed for deep transformation. Even within a group, participants benefit from curated one-on-one healing sessions, tailored to individual needs, alongside carefully facilitated collective experiences. The retreat combines emotional intelligence activation, indigenous healing practices, restorative biohacking therapies, and meditative breathwork. These unique offerings support stress release, resilience building, and sustainable self-healing, giving participants practical tools to carry into daily life.

1 / 1
Guests are welcomed into serene Pool Suites that capture the essence of Grenada’s Spice Island. Floor-to-ceiling glass opens to sweeping views of the lagoon, bay, or ocean, where the ocean breeze carries the rhythmic sound of the sea. Inside, each suite is a private sanctuary — a king-size bed, spa-inspired bathroom with bathtub and rain shower, and interiors that blend natural textures with contemporary elegance. Step onto your terrace and into your private plunge pool, surrounded by lush greenery, the fragrance of spices, and the untouched beauty of nature. Every detail is designed to create an oasis of privacy, style, and renewal.

As part of your retreat, breakfast and dinner are included, each thoughtfully prepared to balance nourishment with flavor. Mornings begin with a fulfilling breakfast — so abundant and soothing that many guests feel no need for lunch, though the option to enjoy a lighter midday meal remains entirely your choice. Evenings are a celebration of taste and place. You may dine at the Fireside Café overlooking the ocean, where the horizon glows at sunset, or choose a more intimate setting for private dining. Across the retreat’s restaurants, menus embrace every lifestyle — vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, organic, pescatarian, and nut-conscious — always prepared with fresh, local ingredients and the signature spices of Grenada. In between, the day is brightened by fresh spring water delivered daily, cold-pressed juices from the bar, house-made gelato, or coconut-wrapped chocolate truffles placed in your suite. Whether dining in community or in solitude, meals are designed to be restorative, deeply satisfying, and a seamless part of the retreat experience.
