Schedule

This retreat begins with a gentle arrival, welcoming guests in the tea lounge before easing into hatha yoga, dinner, introductions, and a deeply relaxing yoga nidra to help everyone unwind. The second day invites participants to immerse themselves through morning yoga, intention setting, restorative yoga with essential oils, and guided sensory forest bathing, balanced with nourishing meals, sweet treats, free time, and an evening gong sound meditation. On the third day, the focus shifts to reflection and integration with morning movement, group reflections, a scenic autumn hike, and time to rest, with an optional afternoon and evening add-on featuring experiential restorative practices, sky gazing, and deep sound meditation with yoga nidra. The final day includes hatha yoga, mindful movement and meditation, outdoor restorative practices by the pond, and a closing circle to help participants carry the experience forward.
