Details

A healing retreat for women presented by Fálki Heiðdóttir at Sewall House Yoga Retreat. Peel away layers of societal expectations and personal armor to reveal your sweet, magical Soul during this healing retreat for women in peaceful Island Falls, Maine. Inspired by a centuries-old myth — The Descent of Inanna — we’ll use guided journeys, along with movement, art, and ritual, to discover and loosen our old layers of being. Once that happens, we’ll be able to hear the wisdom of our shadows and step through the gateway of transformation.
