Here is the tentative schedule, this can change based on the flow and experience we are having together. Nothing is fixed, as we move with the flow of life. 1. Early Morning Session - 8:00 am to 9:30 am - In nature, walking in trees, meditating in the forest or visiting the beach. 2. Breakfast - 9:45 am to 10:45 am 3. Morning Sharing Session - 11:00 am to 12:30 - This is where we share and have talks and techniques of meditation This can be in an open-air area surrounded by trees or a gazebo. 4. Lunch - 1 pm to 2:30 pm 5. Relaxation time - People can enjoy a nap or go to the pool. 6. Afternoon Session - 3:30 to 5:00 - This is where we share and have talks and techniques of meditation This can be in an open-air area surrounded by trees or a gazebo. 7. Evening explorations of the surrounding forest, village, the beach. 8. Dinner - 7:30 to 8:30 9. Night session - 9:30 onwards - this again will be in the open night sky. With a bonfire, dancing under the moonlight, sharing, talking, laughing, and connecting on a deep human level. Singing, music, and experiencing the beauty and gift of life.
