Details

Camp Flow Life is offering a one-day immersive experience for adults who are ready to reconnect with joy, presence, and authentic human connection. Inspired by the spirit of a classic summer camp, this experience blends mindful practices with playful, embodied activities, creating space to slow down, move your body, breathe deeply, and remember what it feels like to be fully alive. Throughout the day, participants will be guided through grounding practices such as breathwork, meditation, and gentle movement, balanced with opportunities for creative expression, outdoor play, and meaningful connection. Activities to choose from may include climbing, zip lining, arts and crafts, fishing, archery, dance or yoga, and time in nature, always with choice, consent, and spaciousness. Camp Flow Life is designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional well-being, and a renewed sense of community. There is no pressure to perform, share, or participate in everything, only an invitation to listen to your body, follow your curiosity, and engage in ways that feel supportive and nourishing. This is an alcohol-free, inclusive, and welcoming environment for adults seeking a lighthearted yet meaningful reset where play, presence, and connection are just as important as rest and reflection. Come as you are. Leave feeling more connected to yourself, others, and the joy of being human. Located one-hour outside of Denver, CO this experience will likely become a core memory.

Words cannot express the gratitude I feel for you and your existence. Your retreat was AMAZING! Thank you for the way you hold space and care for humanity and its healing. I felt so nurtured, seen, and safe in a new, yet exciting, territory. You offered space for connection and reflection beautifully. You invited vulnerability in a safe and effective way, which I am eternally grateful for. Following the retreat I feel lighter, renewed and more self-aware due to the powerful healing experience and wisdom gained. Nourishing food/laughter/conversation/connection/and safety made this an experience I would love to do again! Thank you for your guidance and your heart, I treasure the opportunity to share space with you wholeheartedly.

The words "thank you" will never be enough to express my gratitude for you and your beautiful retreat. The way you have brought your vision of love and healing into reality is something I feel everyone needs in their life. I have never been afraid to be alone. Often being in leadership roles can result in solitude...a place where I am quite comfortable and generally feel safe. However, to let people in, to surrender to the unknown, to let people love me for me...well, that is incredibly uncomfortable and foreign. I chose into this because I knew my life was missing something and I wasn't sure what I was "messing up". Why did I not feel fulfilled? Every aspect of this retreat was so very intentional. Each and every healing modality helped me to feel more alive. I started to hear myself again, to hear my own voice and intuition. You created this space where I could let go, I could trust, I could exhale. I didn't even know I wasn't breathing... Thank you for helping me to breathe again.
