Guides: In 2004, Wolf Kinsmen began practicing meditation, breathwork, and yoga, a path that eventually led him to guide international trainings, certify 75 teachers, and found Dhyana Yoga, a Yoga Alliance–certified school. His nomadic life shaped him as a writer and lifelong student of masters around the world. Trained directly by Wim Hof, he became a certified freediver and Native American flute instructor, and later studied coaching at the Tony Robbins Coaching School. He deepened his studies through shamanism with Don Howard and the Shipibo in the Amazon, and through Dzogchen meditation with Sangngak Tenzin Rinpoche at a Tibetan monastery in Nepal. Rajni Malhotra is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher with a Master’s in Yoga and over 13 years of experience. A Senior Yoga Teacher at Karma Center, Bangalore, she is skilled in Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Aerial Yoga, blending traditional and modern teachings. As an international medalist in Olympic, Rhythmic, and Artistic Yoga, she embodies yoga as a path of balance, authenticity, and inner peace.

The Beach Woods

Our house is an Old Wooden house, mostly made from Antique Teak wood and recycled boat and truck wood. It is the perfect house to have on the beach. 4 bedrooms in all. The main house has 3 bedrooms. The upstairs is our favorite bedroom as it has its own balcony and the best view. The 2nd bedroom is on the main floor and opens up into the living room. The 3rd bedroom is a long room running down the side of the house that has 6 bunk beds. The 6 beds are a king single size, so quite comfortable. The Bunk room opens to the living room and the outside deck. The 4th room is in the guest house across the garden, has an en suite, and overlooks the pool and lagoon in front. The outside deck is a great place to watch the sunset and lounge during the day and evening. The Kitchen and dining room are located under the deck, on the pool and garden level, right next to the ocean.
