Welcome to today's meditation of divine release.
And to begin,
Find a comfortable place to either sit or lie down.
Gently allowing your eyes to close.
And taking a deep breath in,
Filling your lungs.
And letting it all out.
And again another deep breath in.
And out.
And one last deep breath in,
Filling those lungs once again.
And out,
Really feeling your body and mind beginning to let go.
Simply allowing your breath to find its natural rhythm.
And now,
I would like you to ask yourself,
Is there something in your life or within your mind that it's time to let go of?
It could be a fear.
It could be an anxiety over something or someone.
Perhaps a situation or action that you have been avoiding.
Whatever it may be,
Just ask yourself what it is that you feel in this moment.
It is time to let go of.
Time to release.
Now we'll give you a moment of silence to reflect on this.
And now that this is clear in your mind,
I would like you to distill it down to a word.
Boil it down to one single word that reflects how it makes you feel.
Now I'd like you to become aware of where you feel this within your body.
It could be in your head,
Your chest,
Your stomach,
Your throat,
Wherever it may be for you.
Find this place right now.
And when you find this place,
Gently place your hand upon it.
With your hand on this spot,
Notice,
Is there a physical feeling associated with this area?
Is there discomfort or pressure?
What does it feel like?
And with this spot,
Is there an image or a color that you associate with it?
And if there's no image or color that's completely fine,
Just feel into this spot now.
And imagine how it would feel if this feeling or this discomfort could be gently removed right now.
How would you feel?
So let's go there right now.
A place of non-judgment where the universe's unconditional love can flow in and through you.
Begin by taking a deep breath in,
And with this breath,
Imagine a healing energy beginning to flow into you.
And another deep breath in,
And this is the healing energy of the universe,
Which is available to everyone.
Simply welcome it and allow it to flow to the spot your hand is resting upon,
As if you're breathing this healing energy into this spot.
And as you continue breathing in this healing,
Imagine your body being surrounded by a white light,
As if you're being transported to another place where time and space have no boundaries.
Finding yourself in the healing expanse of the universe,
Continuing to breathe in and out,
In and out.
And as you breathe in,
You feel that place of discomfort within you beginning to fade,
Breathing it out with each exhale,
Releasing those feelings,
Releasing that word that represents this out into the universe.
And you can continue to breathe in this healing and exhale that discomfort.
But you don't have to do this alone.
In this space,
There are divine beings or guides here to help you,
Here to assist you in removing the pain and discomfort you have been holding onto.
And if you choose,
Using your mind's eye,
You can see or sense one or more of these divine beings here to help you right now.
Feel their love,
Feel their compassion.
They're here to help you.
They're here to protect you.
And with your permission,
They can help you gently remove what is no longer needed in a way that is solely unique to you.

Either on your lap or by your sides.
And feel the expansiveness that is left behind,
That has taken the place of that old discomfort.
Feeling love,
Feeling peace,
Feeling a connection that was not there previously.
Simply continuing to breathe in and out.
And now,
Turning your hands over,
Palms facing down.
Begin to feel the grounding this creates.
Becoming more and more aware of your body.
Becoming more aware of the room.
Aware of the sounds around you.
Feeling the energy rising within your body.
Having the urge to move and stretch.
And when you're ready,
Slowly opening your eyes.
And now,
Turn your hands over.
And feel the expansion that is left behind.
