I invite you to rest for a moment,
A moment in time that is sacred.
Sacred because all there is,
Is this present moment.

Simply the year and now.
And you can feel this right now if you choose.
With your eyes closed,
Take a deep breath in,
Filling your lungs.
And exhale,
Allowing yourself to surrender into this very moment.
And simply breathe,
Comfortably,
Naturally.

I would like you to scan your mind.
Is there any negativity,
Anger,
Or fear that you have been holding onto?
Is it time to transform this feeling,
Or perhaps let them go?
Before transforming these negative energies,
Take a moment now and see if there is any wisdom or insight that these feelings need to show you or teach you before they go.
When these energies rise within us,
We often avoid them and resist them.
We rarely see clearly the messages they have come to show us.
So I would like you to go softly into the seemingly negative energy and emotion you hold.
Softly and lovingly go into it and ask it from where it came and what would it like to show you?
What would it like you to hear?
Go inside your body and breathe yourself open,
Opening to the message that so desperately wants to be heard.
With no judgment,
With no attachment,
Go softly and lovingly into the fear or anger or resentment.
Whatever it is for you,
Gently breathe into it,
Opening to it,
And finally seeing it for what it truly is.
This fear,
This anger is simply a messenger.
Do not react to it,
Instead,
Gently hear its message.
It is hard only as it is.
It detector does not.
30 RELIEVE And I would like you to find the place in or on your body where you have felt this anger,
This fear,
This restriction.
Do you feel it in your chest,
Your stomach,
Your throat?
Find this place now and hold it within your mind.
Hold this place with loving kindness.
Feel what it has to show you.
Allow this space to soften,
To expand,
And speak to you.
Now reach into this space.
Reach into it with your hands and pull it out gently.
Hold it in the palm of your hands and slowly lift it to the sky,
Setting it free,
Taking with it any negative energy it once created within you.
Taking a deep breath in now,
Filling the space you have cleared with a warm,
Healing light.
Feel this space filling now,
Filling with love and light.
Now placing your hands over this space,
Sealing it,
Healing it.
Feel the energy flowing through your hands now,
Welcoming this change and shift in energy that comes in this sacred moment of here and now.
Deep breath,
