The Collective Good: Finding Compassionate Resonance
In a world shaped by division and disconnection, we are being called back to something deeper — a reawakening of the collective good. In this reflective session, we’ll explore the evolutionary invitation of Pluto in Aquarius, and how astrology can offer us insights to find our way in the dark. It teaches us to understand what lives beneath the surface in others — and in ourselves. It opens the door to self-compassion, forgiveness, and more loving leadership. A time to rise together, lead with compassion, and live at our growing edge — to heal from within. Together, we’ll ask powerful questions: 1. How do we soften the need to be right? 2. How do we meet uncertainty with kindness? 3. How do we come back into right relationship — with each other and the world? Through gentle reflection, meditation, and shared intention, we’ll reconnect to our humanity, find our voice and co-create a more compassionate resonance together and a way forward.

Hello everyone.
Welcome.
Happy Friday.
My name is Renee.
I'm a transformational coach and astrologer and I'm so glad to have you join me today.
And I'm burning sage just so that clearing the energetic field,
Clearing the energetic field within myself,
Clearing the energetic field all around me and just wanted to get a sense of who's in the room,
Who's here today,
And where are you from.
I'd love to find out more.
It's always special for me to know where people are coming from,
Where are they in the world right now,
And the kind of fabric,
Right,
That we're creating together,
The kind of network that we're creating together when we meet.
And today we're going to talk about the collective good and we're going to talk about that through the lens of Pluto and Aquarius,
Through the North Node and Pisces,
And through Neptune,
And what it means to have a compassionate resonance with each other and a compassionate resonance within ourselves.
So before we get going,
Sandy,
Welcome,
Welcome.
Good morning.
Good morning to me.
I don't know if it's morning to you.
Depends on where you are.
Thank you for joining.
So glad to know that the sound is good.
So I wanted to talk about where we are from an astrological perspective because the planets are always moving,
Right?
There's long cycles and short cycles and a lot of times what I do here is meet around the new moon and the full moon and we talk about our intentions and we talk about what we're releasing and that will be happening next week.
But today we're here to talk about some of the larger cycles that we are experiencing and what our collective opportunities are,
What our collective evolution is showing us,
Especially as we are living in a world that is being shaped by division and disconnection.
So at this time we're being called back to something deeper.
We're being called at a collective level as there's an awakening happening at a collective level.
So in this talk I wanted to explore the evolutionary invitation and opportunity that Pluto and Aquarius has as well as the North Node in Pisces and Neptune in Aries and to be a part of this conversation you don't need to know astrology.
If you have any questions let me know and I'll do my best to go slowly and also talk more in broad strokes,
Talk more in terms of how it may impact us.
And one of the things that I love about astrology is that astrology touches space,
Time,
And metaphors.
It's a rubric of meaning and inside of that rubric it offers us insights beneath the surface and insights inside of our own selves and our own bodies and how we're being impacted around others and some of the larger longer cycles,
Life cycles,
Evolutionary cycles that we're living in.
And don't need to tell you how unprecedented these times are and how much change is happening all around us.
And that somehow when we can see life through an astrological lens it opens a door or a portal to more compassion,
More self-compassion,
Potentially more forgiveness,
As well as a soulful understanding of what is happening in the world.
And maybe even a call to stop othering and to find a greater sense of wholeness,
A greater sense of wholeness within us.
So before we get going as more and more people start to arrive just wanted to get a sense of who's in the room and where you're coming in from.
I am in Woodstock,
New York at this time.
Astrology is ancient Greek mythology.
A lot of astrology is based on ancient Greek mythology.
There's definitely the metaphors and the deities and let's say the powers that be seem to have some roots inside of Greek mythology.
Definitely Western astrology has that.
So you again.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you for being here.
And one of the things that I wanted to mention with Pluto and Aquarius is just talk a little bit about the Aquarius archetype that we're in right now.
And that Aquarius is really the voice of freedom.
It's the voice of progressive thinking.
It's also the voice of rebellion against authority.
And in doing that we discover our inner truth as well as our collective evolution.
So Pluto and Aquarius,
Pluto is the great transformer.
It asks us to go deeper inside ourselves.
It asks us to look at the shadows that are there,
That are present.
And it asks us to transform those shadows.
And with Pluto and Aquarius,
Aquarius represents the collective.
It's the people coming together.
And so Pluto and Aquarius is asking us to transform together so that we can evolve in consciousness and we can evolve together as a collective.
Thank you for sharing that.
Yeah,
That's real.
There's a lot of fear.
There's a lot of fear.
There's a lot of anger.
And releasing is something that we'll be talking about.
We'll be talking about releasing.
We'll be talking about how do we find resourcing within ourselves during these times?
And maybe what do we need to look at?
What do we need to release within ourselves so that we can hold space for what's happening,
So that we can perceive what's happening and be the observers of what's happening to reshape the world?
Something to keep in mind is that Pluto and Aquarius is not just about personal power,
But it's how we share our power together.
It's how we co-create systems and hold space for one another's growth.
And Pluto goes deep.
It goes deep to reveal those unconscious patterns,
Those unconscious shadows of our times,
The shadows inside of technology,
The shadows in terms of authority,
The shadows in terms of humanity.
And a lot of that is bubbling up to the surface,
Especially as Pluto is in its beginning cycle.
It has gone or danced with Aquarius over the course of the past year and a half,
And now it's finally in.
And it's in for the next 20 years.
So these concepts,
These Aquarian concepts,
Are going to be transformed.
They're going to be developed and unfolding over the next 20 years.
And we're here for it.
We're here for it as we witness the disruption as well as the discomfort.
And inside of that disruption and discomfort,
There is fear of the unknown.
There's the fear of the uncertainty.
There's anger at what we're seeing around us.
And it's about what is that anger stirring?
How are we coming back to a greater truth within us?
Maybe we've invested too much energy in the powers-that-be to fix everything,
And we've been a little complacent over the years.
We've forgotten how powerful we actually are.
And Pluto and Aquarius is an invitation to really step in to our inner power and the power of the people,
The power of that collective resonance.
So resonance is about how we vibrationally align with who we are and how we vibrationally align with the world around us.
And I also wanted to talk about the North Node and Pisces because it's another invitation as the North Node and Pisces is calling on our sensitive natures to express more kindness and compassion.
And you may be witnessing that inside of your own interpersonal relationships,
Like looking for the kindness in community,
Looking for the kindness in friendships,
And a widening of the heart to actually hold greater space and practice radical empathy,
Right?
Our hearts are being ripped open now on some level.
And with Neptune just moving into Aries,
Neptune is the ruler of Pisces.
And Neptune in Aries is the spiritual warrior.
And the spiritual warrior is calling us to dissolve those illusions and to heal,
To heal so that we can take right action.
Christina,
Christina's had some incredibly tense situations and conversations on a creative justice project rooted in fear of these hard times,
Trying to navigate with care,
And I'm feeling depleted.
I am well.
Yeah.
Thank you for sharing that,
Christina.
It sounds like you're doing some really important work.
And I just want to take a moment for that.
And I want to take a moment for what you're feeling right now.
Because there are so many people that are in the trenches right now that are at the forefront of trying to create positive change.
And it's a time where it's hard to see positive change actually happening.
And I think with Neptune in Pisces,
It's an invitation of perspective of how we hold what's happening.
And at the same time,
It's a building of resilience.
It's a building of resilience and resonance with each other.
And that doesn't take away from the personal frustration,
Depletion,
Anger that may be happening.
But maybe it's just a way to perceive life at this time.
And I think what this talk is meant for today is about having a deeper inquiry into what else is going on.
I invite us all just to take a few collective breaths together,
A few grounding breaths together.
And you can do that with your eyes opened or do that with your eyes closed and presence yourself here.
Taking a moment to just notice what you're feeling.
Maybe naming those feelings silently or sharing them in this chat.
Acknowledging what you're feeling.
It's not a time to turn from your feelings or repress your feelings.
It's a time to look at them,
Honor them and transmute them.
I heard a beautiful quote the other day about grief and how grief is not something to be turned away from.
Grief is actually something to be held.
It's not about using positive thinking or optimism in the face of grief.
It's actually allowing ourselves to move through it.
And in the process of moving through the grief,
We find an even greater capacity to love.
So as you're grounding yourself in your breath,
Noticing what a greater capacity to love might mean for you.
And how can you meet this uncertainty at this time,
Maybe with a touch of curiosity and a dose of kindness and a dose of self-compassion for where you are,
What you're doing,
What you're going through,
What you're feeling.
And just taking a moment with that.
Because the feelings are real.
These times are very real.
As you focus on your breath,
And as you tune into your feelings and what you're holding,
How can you soften or dissolve what you're carrying?
Maybe finding a place or a space to dissolve what you're carrying with each inhale and each exhale.
Knowing that sometimes the answer or the solution surfaces at a time where we least expect it.
But the important thing is to do the inner work and notice what needs to transform in this moment.
And how can you open up to more love and compassion within you?
How can you come back to a greater sense of wholeness as you recognize where you are as you presence yourself in this moment?
And through being more aware of a collective resonance,
Maybe a greater sense of belonging,
Maybe widening the lens to understanding how many good people there are in the world that are feeling the same way right now?
How many good people that are in the United States that are feeling the same way right now?
Can we align with,
Can we emotionally connect to that collective resonance?
To know we're not alone in this,
That there is a fabric of connection.
And inside this fabric of connection,
How do we align,
Align vibrationally to create an even greater impact?
Sometimes that starts inside our bodies and creating more spaciousness for our own feelings,
More spaciousness for each other.
And coming back to how we vibrationally align to what it is we truly want to see in this world.
Just taking another few breaths to notice what's coming up for you at this time.
And to share a little story.
I was having dinner the other night with some girlfriends at a restaurant.
And we were having such a good time that another woman who was eating with her family at the table next to us came over to say hi.
We must have been very loud.
And she stepped out of her comfort zone to meet all of us.
Her name was Barbara.
And Barbara wanted to acknowledge the good time that we were having.
Barbara wanted to share in our laughter and let us know how we moved her by how we were being together.
And she said that it reminded her of times that she had shared with her friends.
And how important it was for her to see this again with us.
And she also said how important it was to love your friends,
To hold your friends in a sacred space of appreciation.
And in that moment,
When she shared what she shared,
And she stepped out of herself to basically step into our conversation so beautifully.
Barbara gave us each a gift.
She gave us a special gift of light.
It was that light of connection,
Of recognition,
And the importance of stepping out of our comfort zones to share our hearts with each other.
And that gift that she gave us and each one of us,
There were five of us at the table,
We each felt like we were blessed when Barbara left.
We each felt like Barbara had just given us a gift,
A gentle gift that we each carry inside of us now.
And it left us with this desire to connect with others,
This desire to step out of our comfort zones.
And when we acknowledge something beautiful,
When we acknowledge something that stirs our hearts,
To not hold back,
To share that with others,
To be in that conversation with others.
Hello,
Michael.
Welcome.
Thank you for joining us.
So I'm curious if anyone has any stories that they'd like to share.
Maybe stories of some of the magic that they may be seeing in life.
Throughout all of this comfort,
What else is happening in your life?
What else are you seeing in your world?
It's almost like when we can see the all of it,
Right,
Not just focus on the negative,
But to see what else is happening.
We are also acknowledging the evolution,
The positive changes that are also going on.
Michael,
You would like to share your past story.
Okay.
I'll be watching for it in the chat.
And so Pluto in Aquarius is a time where we connect to each other and rise together to live with uncertainty at our growing edge and heal from within.
Sandy,
Yesterday you attended a circle of healing in your neighborhood and it was led by Native elders.
Lots of stories were shared.
It's inside of sharing our stories that we connect with each other's humanity.
It's not about sharing what we think is right and it's not about sharing our opinions,
But it is through our heart centered stories that we connect with each other through our hearts.
And we all know how powerful love can be.
And in the end,
All that really matters is love.
So how do we believe in that love even more moving past cynicism?
We've lived so many years filled with cynicism,
Filled with a need to be right or a need to get it right.
How do we let go of that now to allow ourselves to transform into something else?
How do we meet this moment with a collective vision?
Because Aquarius is about collective visions.
It's about what we share together,
Not from an isolated point of view of I see this and you see that,
But to really align our hearts in a way that connects us all.
Oh,
Wow.
Okay,
Michael,
I'm going to do my best to read this.
So Michael Spencer is 62 years of age,
And he's a soldier from the United States Army,
But he's now in Yemen for peacekeeping due to the civil war out here.
And you'll be coming home in a few weeks.
You've been a single dad for over six years now.
And now I have one son who is 17 years old.
And he's now my happiness and everything since I lost his elder brother at the age of 32 early last year.
Michael,
When you say you really need a woman from here,
What does that mean?
What does that mean exactly?
And thank you so much for sharing your story.
And it sounds like you're doing some really important work over in Yemen.
I'm just curious what that means.
And coming back to the archetype of Aquarius,
Aquarius is like a meta-awareness.
For those of you that are Aquariuses,
Or Aquarius Sun,
Or Aquarius Moon,
Or Aquarius Rising,
There's a meta-awareness.
There's an ability to be aware of all things at once.
And sometimes that awareness is exhausting.
Sometimes that awareness can really shake the nervous system.
And at a collective,
We are all aware of everything now,
All things all at once.
And it feels overwhelming.
But the Aquarius energy is also an interconnected energy.
So it's about finding the patterns,
Finding the connections like a neural network to create new meaning,
To find new meaning inside of what's happening,
To step out of the status quo,
To step out of limiting thoughts,
To be able to open up to a greater vision of what is happening.
And maybe that vision can be a shared vision.
Even though we each have our own individual dreams,
We each have our own unique visions,
But at a larger level,
The vision that we all share.
And this vision asks us,
How are we seeing our world?
How are we perceiving what's happening?
One of the reasons that I love astrology is that it is a rubric of meaning.
It's a rubric of metaphor to try to explain what is hard to understand,
To find words to what we may be learning along the way.
And to move past fear,
To transmute fear,
And to transmute toxic authority.
Because inside of the Aquarius archetype,
There's also the rebel,
The rebel that rebels against toxic authority.
And how do we move towards a greater sense of quality?
So Aquarius energy is not a top down energy,
But it's a side to side wide energy of how we are all connected and interconnected.
And to feel that resonance of interconnection with others to vibrationally align with what we really want and need.
How are we in right relationship with that vision?
And how are we in right relationship with each other?
How do we move past competition or a competitive mindset into a more collaborative mindset?
To liberate each other and to co-create together.
To co-create with more love together.
And I'd like to also share the observer effect from quantum physics.
And the observer effect,
For those of you that are unaware,
Is it's an act of observation that changes the outcome.
At a subatomic level,
We have quantum physics.
And quantum physicists have recognized that during experiments,
That the outcome of the experiment is influenced by the scientist.
The outcome of the experiment is influenced by the observer.
And that reality doesn't fully collapse,
Reality actually changes and forms through the act of observation.
So what are you giving conscious attention to at this time?
Because observation is a creative and co-creative process.
And how being the observers,
Perceiving the world around us,
How do we change consciousness together in that observation?
And how do we shape reality?
These are some pretty big concepts to hold.
But Pluto in Aquarius is a big concept.
And these are very big times.
At a mass level,
There's mass change.
There's mass evolution.
And so if we are the observers of life,
How do we perceive what is happening around us and transform to reshape it?
And something that I wanted to introduce to all of you,
Maybe you've heard it in some way,
Shape or form in the past,
But it's something that came to me when I was in an event this past weekend.
And it has to do with inner acceptance and inner rejection.
And it has to do with what we accept within ourselves and what we accept within others and what we reject or judge within ourselves and what we project onto others,
Meaning that what we can accept within ourselves we grow from.
When we can see our own inner shadows and hold grief,
Hold anger,
Hold resentment,
Hold space for that and accept that within ourselves,
It changes and transforms.
And in doing that,
We have more acceptance for others,
More capacity for others.
We don't feel the need to judge others or are in fear of others because they're different.
We have created a greater level of compassion and capacity within ourselves through our own ability to accept what we're feeling.
And at the same time,
What we reject within ourselves,
What we judge within ourselves,
We project onto others unconsciously,
Without even knowing it.
So wondering if this concept is something that anyone would like to comment on.
Part of the work I feel that I am called to do and that I've been called to do is knowing what needs to transform within me.
How am I not in right relationship with what I am trying to create in my own personal life?
How do I become in greater vibrational alignment with that?
And what are the parts of me that I've ignored?
What are the parts of me that I have overlooked?
What are the parts of me that I've projected onto others?
And that deeper inner inquiry is curiosity,
Is observation,
Is exploration,
And acceptance.
Lex,
I'm not honoring my well-being so it's more challenging for me to be as useful to community.
That's beautiful,
Lex.
And in honoring your own well-being,
How will you have more capacity for others?
So it sounds like you're already very aware of what you need to honor inside yourself.
And how important that is because each one of us will feel called to be and do something different at this time.
And the most important thing is to be honest,
Right?
To be honest with ourselves in regards to what that is.
Sandy.
Sandy,
When I'm caught in my thoughts,
I'm not in a loving way.
Yeah,
That's real.
When we're caught in a loop of worrying about the future,
About being obsessed with the past or being stuck in certain beliefs or stories,
There's so much healing that needs to be done at an ancestral level in our world at this time.
Those ancestral patterns,
The energies that we're carrying,
Not just within ourselves,
That we may be carrying from our mother,
From our father,
Our grandparents,
From their story.
And in honoring that story,
In acknowledging that story,
We don't have to hold on to it any longer.
How do we heal?
How do we move past the story so that we can be more vibrationally aligned with who we truly are and where we want to come from?
Right?
Like when we're in our thoughts,
We know maybe we're feeling tension or anxiety in our bodies when we're in the looping mind,
Regardless of what we are looping about,
Regardless of the drama that's unfolding around us.
How do we come back to the wisdom of our bodies?
How do we come back to our intuition?
How do we come back to the greater insight to help us through these times?
Maybe to even open up more and find ourselves surrounded by community,
To find ourselves surrounded by people that we align with,
To be in honest conversations and to share,
To not hold on to the pain,
But allow ourselves to transmute the pain.
I for one think that Pluto and Aquarius is a collective coming to terms with our collective trauma.
In astrology,
The planet Uranus,
Which is a planet of disruption,
Awakening,
Shock,
Is a trauma signature in our charts where we may have experienced a traumatic shock in our lives that may have formed us on some level,
That makes us rebel against something,
That makes us seek freedom from an experience that changed us,
That created pain.
And since Uranus is the modern ruler of Aquarius,
That these times that we're in right now is asking us to go deeper,
Is asking us to heal some of those ancestral wounds that we've been carrying,
Because we're seeing things play out in the United States and we're seeing things play out on the world stage.
That quote from Thoth Hermes Tris Majestas,
As above so below,
As within so without,
So the soul,
Right?
What is happening around us and what is happening within us comes back to that observer effect and how we perceive what's happening,
How we hold space for ourselves with greater compassion,
How we find the resilience within us and the strength within us to continue and to grow and to evolve.
And so I invite you all now to close your eyes and to focus on your breath,
Observing what may be transforming or observing what you are becoming aware of now within you,
Finding a natural,
Easy flow with each inhale and each exhale as you open up to the world within you,
Maybe noticing a sense of relaxation or centering,
A sense of relaxation that flows throughout your body with each breath,
Sensing the energy,
The sensations inside as you imagine a nice long breath,
A long breath from the top of your head down to the base of your seat,
A long circular wave from the top of your head down to the bottom of your feet,
Becoming more aware with each inhale and releasing with each exhale.
For those of you that would like to sink deeper into your practice,
You might take a pause on the inhale and a pause on the exhale.
Each time you pause,
You might notice that you're going deeper inside,
Anywhere that you're feeling stress,
You're feeling an emotion,
A constriction,
A restriction,
A tension within you.
Bring your breath and bring your awareness to that place to create more spaciousness inside,
Noticing how spacious you can feel with each inhale and each exhale as you presence yourself in your body,
As you presence yourself in this moment,
Allowing whatever thoughts arise to flow with your breath,
Knowing that your thoughts and your feelings at this time are moving,
Are shifting,
Are changing,
That they're here to help you be aware,
And that you have power,
You have everything you need within you to shift.
So,
In the spirit of collective resonance,
As you connect with what you're feeling,
I'd like you to take a moment to think about what is it that you're feeling right now,
And what is it that you're not feeling right now,
So,
I'd like you to slowly,
Gently place your hand over your heart.
Let us meet in our heart centers together,
Becoming more aware with each inhale and releasing any energy we no longer need with each exhale.
And at the same time,
I invite you to hum on the exhale.
So,
Taking a deep breath and connecting to that inner resonance,
That vibration within you,
Taking a deep breath and noticing what's shifting or changing as you do,
Maybe noticing the cells in your body vibrating as you inhale and exhale with a hum.
As you connect to your heart,
Reflect on what you're holding here.
Reflect on what you're holding for yourself or for someone else.
And curious if what you're holding has a shape,
A color,
Or a texture.
And whatever comes to mind,
Imagine releasing that with resonance and with an ah.
So,
Taking a deep breath,
Inviting you to try this for yourself and noticing by stirring your own inner resonance,
Does it help to,
Let's say,
Break or dissolve some of those patterns?
Does it help to soften some of those energetic patterns that don't feel good in your body?
Can you dissolve what you're holding with each inhale and each exhale?
And maybe for some,
It's just finding some resilience in this moment,
A resource in this moment,
Maybe a deeper listening,
A deeper awareness for what is being asked within you,
A deeper listening for what's asking to be healed inside.
Maybe noticing what wholeness can feel like as you release what you no longer need.
And as you feel a greater sense of wholeness within you,
What shape or color or texture does wholeness feel like inside?
And as you imagine what wholeness looks like and feels like inside,
I'd like you to tap that into your heart center,
Tapping what wholeness feels like inside and tapping that into your heart center,
Noticing what else is manifesting in mind as you do.
And using your imagination to imagine what a miracle could look like,
To step outside of what you know,
Beyond what you know,
Into the magic of life that is also present at this time.
To rest in our hearts and to rest in the magic of life.
To allow ourselves to see those moments around us.
To ask the universe,
How can we lead with more love and more light?
To ask our hearts,
How can we lead with more love and more light?
And gently tap this into your heart center.
And just an acknowledgement,
As we do this work together,
That there is a collective resonance that is happening at this time.
That there is a collective connection that is happening at this time.
And to be aware of your own feelings shifting,
To be aware of what is coming up for you in whatever way,
Shape,
Or form it's coming up.
And to connect into something larger than yourself.
To connect into this collective opportunity.
And how you can align with this collective opportunity.
To become more aware of your own emotions,
But it starts with ourselves.
Breathing into the light within you.
Breathing into the light inside your heart center.
And imagining that your light is glowing with all of the other hearts that are connecting here at this time.
Glowing and growing brighter with each inhale and each exhale.
Leaving room for the miracles that life has to offer.
So,
For those of you that would like to stay in this meditation,
I invite you to do so.
And for others,
I'd like to thank you for joining me in this conversation.
For joining me with your presence,
Your listening,
Your honesty,
And your courage to sit with your feelings.
To sit with your feelings long enough to allow them to change and transform.
To sit with your feelings with greater compassion.
To sit with maybe even forgiveness,
Self-forgiveness.
To sit with greater love for who you are now.
Greater love for what you're going through.
And to know that you are connected to something so much greater than yourself.
To become a part of this collective evolution that is happening.
So,
How do we perceive what's happening with more love and compassion?
To hold space for a brighter future for all of us.
Thank you,
Sandy,
So much for sharing.
Thank you so much.
I appreciate your comments.
I really do.
I appreciate your presence for being here.
I wish you all a wonderful day.
May this open up a reflection within you to accept more of who you are within your own bodies.
To transmute your own inner shadows.
To transform the world.
So,
As we come to the close of this hour,
Again,
I'd like to thank you all.
For those of you that follow me,
Thank you so much for following me.
Thank you so much,
Lex.
I so appreciate you as well.
Thank you for those of you that are new to my lives.
Thank you so much.
Thank you,
Megan.
Thank you so much for those that are new to my lives.
Please do follow me.
For those of you that are in a position to donate,
I welcome donations.
So,
Thank you very much.
Not necessary,
But always welcome.
For those of you that are new to my teachings,
I'll be posting a lot more of the lives that I've been having on Insight Timer.
I also have courses and meditations here to explore the deeper parts of you through the lens of self-compassion for the purpose of transformation.
I wish you all a beautiful day,
A blessed day,
And the ability to look and find those small miracles in life.
Let those small miracles in life fuel you throughout this very disruptive process that we're in now to come back to your body,
To take good care of your body,
To find your breath and find your center,
And know that you have everything that you need to transform within you.
Thank you so much,
Everyone.
Have a beautiful day,
A beautiful weekend,
And I'll see you next week.
Namaste.
