Welcome to this guided meditation for positive energy and chakra healing.

First,

Take a moment to thank yourself for being here.

You could be doing any number of things,

And in this moment,

You chose to take care of yourself and your well-being.

Congratulations!

That's a huge step.

From here,

I'll invite you to drop into your body by locating a comfortable seated or lying down position,

With your spine straight and your hands resting gently on your lap or down by your sides.

Soften your eyelids or close your eyes.

Invite your jaw to soften as you gently press your tongue to the roof of your mouth,

Connecting your upper and lower energy bodies.

Maybe a gentle smile washes over your face.

Your shoulders soften back and down as your palms face up,

And you set the intention to be open to releasing what no longer serves you,

So that you can create more space for positivity,

Good health,

And vibrant prana,

Life force energy,

To flow through you.

Whatever is going on in your life right now,

Take this moment to be with those thoughts,

Feelings,

And sensations without judgment.

Now take a full breath in,

And a complete breath out.

Do that again,

And again,

And again.

Continuing to breathe in fully,

And exhale completely.

Give yourself permission to expand with each inhale,

And to release any tension with each exhale.

Now allow your breathing to return to its natural rhythm,

And just start to observe the natural rise and fall of your body as you inhale and exhale.

Bring your awareness now to the base of your spine,

Your root chakra.

Visualize a vibrant red light glowing at the base of your spine.

This chakra represents your foundation and feeling of being grounded and safe.

As you breathe in,

Imagine this red light becoming brighter and more vibrant.

As you exhale,

Release any fears or insecurities.

Once again,

As you breathe in,

Imagine this red light becoming brighter and more vibrant.

As you exhale,

Releasing any remaining fears or insecurities.

Now silently repeating the affirmation,

I am safe.

I am secure.

I am safe.

I am secure.

Your root chakra is now cleansed of any blockages and restored back to balance.

Move your focus to your lower abdomen,

To your sacral chakra.

Visualize an orange light glowing in this area.

This chakra is associated with creativity and emotional balance.

As you inhale,

See this orange light growing stronger.

As you exhale,

Let go of any emotional blockages.

Once again,

As you inhale,

See this orange light growing stronger.

As you exhale,

Let go of any emotional blockages.

Silently repeating the affirmation,

I am creative.

I am joyful.

I am creative.

I am joyful.

Your sacral chakra is now cleansed of any blockages and restored back to balance.

Shift your attention to your upper abdomen,

To your solar plexus chakra.

Visualize a yellow light shining brightly in this area.

This chakra is linked to personal power and confidence.

As you breathe in,

Feel this yellow light expanding.

As you breathe out,

Releasing any doubts or fears.

Once again,

As you breathe in,

Feel this yellow light expanding.

As you breathe out,

Release any doubts or fears.

Silently repeat the affirmation,

I am powerful.

I am confident.

Your solar plexus chakra is now cleansed of any blockages and restored back to balance.

Bring your awareness to your throat,

Your throat chakra.

Visualize the blue light glowing in your throat.

This chakra is associated with communication and self-expression.

As you breathe in,

Feel this blue light becoming more vibrant.

As you breathe out,

Release any fears of speaking your truth.

Once again,

As you breathe in,

Feel this blue light becoming more vibrant.

And as you breathe out,

Release any fears of speaking your truth.

Silently repeating the affirmation,

I am expressive.

I am truthful.

Your throat chakra is now cleansed of any blockages and restored back to balance.

Move your focus to the space between your eyebrows,

Your third eye chakra.

Visualize an indigo light shining in this area.

This chakra is linked to intuition and insight.

As you inhale,

See this indigo light growing stronger.

As you exhale,

Let go of any doubts or confusion.

Once again,

As you inhale,

See this indigo light growing stronger.

And as you exhale,

Let go of any doubts or confusion.

Silently repeat the affirmation,

I am intuitive.

I am wise.

Your third eye chakra is now cleansed of any blockages and restored back to balance.

Shift your attention to the top of your head,

To your crown chakra.

Visualize a violent light radiating from the top of your head.

This chakra represents spiritual connection and enlightenment.

As you breathe in,

Feel this violent light expanding.

And as you breathe out,

Release any feelings of disconnection.

Once again,

As you breathe in,

Feel this violent light expanding.

And as you breathe out,

Releasing any feelings of disconnection.

Silently repeating the affirmation,

I am connected.

I am divine.

I am connected.

I am divine.

Your crown chakra is now cleansed of any blockages and restored back to balance.

Now visualize all seven chakras glowing brightly,

Aligning along your spine.

See the colors blending together,

Creating a beautiful rainbow of light.

Feel the positive energy flowing through your entire body,

Bringing balance and harmony.

From here,

Let the music take you on a journey of healing and positive vibration.

Remember,

This is your space to release,

To let go,

And to just be.

Take a few deeper breaths,

Feeling the positive energy and balance within you.

When you're ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to this present moment.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

And slowly blink open your eyes.
