Today I want to share with you my first guided Soma Breathing track. This is a powerful rhythmic pranayama, performed to music, to help keep the tempo of the breath and aid you in going into a deep trance-like state. In this state, we have the opportunity to touch on our essence, the source of who we are, pure awareness.

Let's get ready for the practice of soma breathing.

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

Sitting nice and tall,

Spine straight.

Eyes closed,

Attention inside.

Let's begin.

In,

Out.

Preparing for the breath hold.

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two.

Deep inhalation and complete exhalation.

Allow yourself to be completely empty and relax.

Soften all the muscles and go inside.

Deep down to the essence of your being.

Take a deep inhalation.

Feel the lungs completely.

Hold the breath,

Squeeze Mula Bandha.

Drop your chin to your chest and turn your eyes up.

Focusing in the middle of the forehead.

And release and relax.

Beautiful.

Best one around.

Let's begin again.

Preparing for the breath retention.

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two.

Deep inhalation.

Complete exhalation.

Go inside,

Find your stillness,

Your source.
