Hi,
My name is Robert Aceves and I welcome you to this perfect meditation to end your day and fall asleep in five minutes.
The last five minutes of your day before you go to sleep at night are the most important five minutes of your day.
So I'm going to ask you to find a comfortable place and close your eyes,
Relax in your body.
As you quickly review your day,
Perhaps you can think of some of the things that you didn't like that didn't work out for you so well today.
Perhaps some of the things that disappointed you or that you couldn't do or all the stuff that is going on in the world that in some way or another worries you.
We're going to let go of all those things that are not working out for you and gently bring your focus to your breath,
Inhaling and exhaling.
We're going to go into your subconscious mind for the next eight hours and you're going to marinate in there for those eight hours.
As you enter into your subconscious mind,
You're going to use these last minutes of your day to program into your mind the following phrases.
I am well,
I am healthy,
I am content,
I am peaceful,
I am unattached,
I am in love.
Repeating these phrases mentally into your subconscious mind.
I am well,
I am healthy,
I am content,
I am peaceful,
I am unattached,
I am in love.
And you just start to program yourself this way so that when you wake up,
Your subconscious mind,
Which can make a distinction between the thoughts that you have or the actual things that are going on in your physical life,
Are being programmed to say this.
And so,
The universal conscious mind will begin to offer you experiences that match up to that,
And you will go on like this throughout your whole life.
