Hi,

My name is Robert Aceves,

And I welcome you to this enhanced sleep meditation.

Fall asleep fast and wake up rested.

I'm going to ask you to find a comfortable place where nobody will interrupt you and where you can relax completely.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes,

And now take a deep,

Slow breath in through your nose,

Hold it for a moment,

And exhale softly through your mouth.

As you breathe out,

Feel the tension leaving your body.

Repeat this a few times,

Allowing each breath to take you deeper into relaxation.

That's it.

Now,

Allow yourself to be calm and unhurried.

Whatever your state,

Active or at rest,

Your mind is constantly working,

And that's okay.

The thoughts that you have now are part of a situation that can improve.

Inhale deeply,

Feeling the cool air fill your lungs,

And exhale,

Letting go of any stress or worries.

Life can sometimes seem confusing,

But remember that at the end everything always makes sense.

Even when it seems like you're going backwards,

You're actually realigning yourself to move forward towards success.

Starting today,

You'll allow your past experiences to guide you toward a clearer,

More certain future.

Life gives you the opportunity to dream,

To wish,

And to create images of your desires.

Your imagination is the bridge to your goals,

And every step you take today builds tomorrow.

Now,

Take another deep breath in,

Feeling your chest rise and expand.

Hold it for a moment,

And then exhale slowly,

Feeling your shoulders drop and relax.

This is the time to remember the feelings of satisfaction you've experienced in the past.

How did you feel when you overcame certain obstacles?

How did your energy feel?

Do you remember the time when your energy felt good,

Day and night?

Perhaps you can remember the small moments of happiness you've had in the past,

Those meaningful moments that made you smile.

That's it.

Now,

Take a few more deep breaths,

Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.

Whether you're sitting or lying down,

Talking or in silence,

In a quiet or noisy place,

You can find a state of deep and pleasant concentration.

Your breath,

Whether it's fast or slow,

Guides you towards full and serene attention.

Allow your emotions and your thoughts to flow freely now,

Letting your creativity flourish without limits.

And these changes can be gradual or sudden,

And both are fine.

The key is in your ability to focus and readjust your mind.

And although some wishes have not yet been realized,

Remember that the future is full of possibilities,

And reality has not yet touched that future.

So there's a vast field of good news waiting for you.

And I know part of your mind is analyzing what I'm saying,

While another part is acting in the present,

Creating pleasant surprises for you.

And you don't know exactly what will come,

But you can feel that it will be something beneficial for you and those around you.

This is a good time to visualize what you want for you and in your future.

Think of something special,

Something that fills you with joy and satisfaction.

An idea,

A thought,

Can be the beginning of everything.

That's it.

Listen to the sounds of the music and enjoy the feeling of your body relaxing more and more,

Letting go of your thoughts and worries,

Freeing yourself from what you don't need to carry with you anymore,

Allowing your concentration to grow and deepen.

That's it.

And can you remember when life had a deep meaning for you and there was something you longed for intensely?

Those days when you woke up thinking about the future,

Full of important things to learn and experience.

Now,

As you continue to breathe slowly,

Feel how every part of your body relaxes even more.

From the tips of your fingers to the crown of your head,

Every muscle releases and relaxes deeply.

And that's it.

Imagine a warm,

Soft glow enveloping you,

Giving you a feeling of peace and tranquility.

This glow envelops you in a bubble of serenity,

Driving away any worries,

Letting go of your worries.

Feel your mind becoming lighter,

Freer of thoughts,

Allowing this calm to carry you into a deep,

Restful sleep.

Let your body rest as you sink into a state of total relaxation.

There's no rush,

No worries,

Just this moment of peace,

Just this instant of tranquility.

Let yourself be carried away by this feeling of well-being,

Allowing sleep to come naturally and gently.

Each breath takes you deeper and deeper into a deep,

Rejuvenating rest.

Remain in this state of calm,

Allowing your body and mind to renew themselves as you continue to enjoy a deep,

Restful sleep.

Knowing that you can always come back to this enhanced,

Sleep-inducing sleep,

Meditation,

Reinforcing those positive effects in your mind and body.

Thank you for listening,

And I'll talk to you soon.
