Hi,

My name is Robert Aceves and I welcome you to this body scan and healing liquid sunlight to energize your body guided meditation.

This guided meditation is for you to heal your body naturally and increase your vitality.

So please find a way to get comfortable and a place where nobody will interrupt you for the next few minutes.

You may sit or lay down and take some nice big deep breaths.

Breathing in and breathing out.

And continue to breathe in and breathe out.

And with the next out-breath,

Gently close your eyes.

You can feel the weight of your body.

And you can also notice the points of contact of your feet on the floor.

And your hands and arms can be resting on your legs or by your sides.

And perhaps you can notice some thoughts in your mind.

Bringing your mind into your physical senses.

Settling into the space around you.

And now,

Bring your attention towards your body as you scan down from your head all the way down to your toes.

Noticing any areas that feel particularly comfortable or uncomfortable.

Building up a picture of how your body feels right now.

And notice if there is any particular mood that might be around at the moment.

And now,

Gently shift your focus to the rise and the fall of your breath.

And feel that oxygen coming into your body and leaving your body.

As you become increasingly comfortable in following the natural rhythm of your breath,

Imagine a steady flow of healing energy coming down from above your head.

This energy flows down almost like a liquid sunlight.

It's very smooth,

Very warm,

Very clear,

And it's very bright.

It's almost like taking a mental shower.

It flows down through the top of your head into your body and travels all the way down.

It's going to fill your body up as though it were a container,

Melting away any tension,

Any discomfort.

And you follow it,

And you follow it,

And you follow it.

And you follow it as it travels down through your body,

All the way down towards your feet.

And you can feel as it fills up your toes one at a time.

And you're mentally acknowledging each toe fills up with energy,

Feeling how it starts to travel up through your feet,

Filling your heels,

Your ankles with energy,

And continues upwards towards your knees,

Melting away any tension or discomfort.

And focusing on the spaciousness,

Brightness,

Warmth,

As it continues up the upper half of your leg towards your hip and the pelvic area.

Continuing with that idea,

Feeling the steady flow coming into your body,

Melting away any tension or discomfort.

As it continues up through the trunk of your body,

And down your stomach,

Your lower back,

And your intestines,

Your kidneys and liver,

Your lungs and your heart,

And all the different organs in your body,

Towards your diaphragm,

Melting away any tension or discomfort in your body.

And this energy continues to flow up now through your chest and the upper back area,

All the way up to the top of your shoulders.

And it continues to flow down both of your arms and towards the elbows and the hands.

It's filling up one finger at a time,

Filling your hands and your wrists,

And again,

Feeling as it fills up towards the elbows and the shoulders.

And any tension at all melting away as it continues to travel up through your neck and throat area,

Up through your head,

And all the muscles in and around your face until it gets to the very top of your body.

And even though the entire body is now full of that very spacious,

Clear feeling,

It continues to flow downwards and upwards,

Recycling the energy,

Melting away any tension or discomfort in your body.

And even though the entire body is now full of that very spacious,

Clear feeling,

It continues to flow downwards and upwards,

Recycling the energy,

Melting away any tension or discomfort in your body.

And just rest your mind in that space.

You can let go of any focus for a moment and allow your mind to rest in that space.

And now,

You may continue to stay in this state and relax for as long as you want.

Or you may choose to come back to the present,

Bringing your attention back into your body again as you start to feel the weight of your body,

Feeling your body touching the bed or the chair you're sitting on.

As you start to notice some of the sounds around you,

The smells,

Bringing your attention back into the space around you,

To the present,

Opening your eyes whenever you feel like it.

And this will be the end of the meditation.
