My name is Robert Aceves.
And I welcome you.
To this awakening the soul meditation.
Connecting with your true essence.
Please find a place where you can sit comfortably and where nobody will interrupt you for a few minutes.
When you're ready,
Gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in.
And release,
Allowing yourself to settle into this moment.
Let's start by focusing on your body.
Feel the chair supporting your body or the floor if you're laying down.
And notice your skin touching the chair or the floor.
Observing any sensations in your body.
Just notice them and let them be.
If any emotions arise,
Acknowledge them without judgment.
Let them flow through you at their own pace.
You are simply observing them.
That's it.
Take another deep breath in.
And begin to settle.
Into the rhythm of your breath.
Feel the rise and fall of your chest.
The air moving in and out.
A gentle reminder of life flowing through you.
As you continue to breathe.
Let your mind become still.
As if you're watching the surface of a calm lake.
Perfectly serene.
That's it.
Now,
Bring your attention to your thoughts.
Imagine them.
As gentle ripples on the surface of this lake.
Noticing how they appear and fade away.
One by one.
And there's a part of you.
Deep within.
That is aware of these thoughts.
Observing them.
Without judgment.
This part of you is your true essence.
A timeless presence,
Always there.
Quietly.
Witnessing.
This part of you.
As your true essence.
Timeless presence.
Always there.
Quietly.
Witnessing your life.
This essence is not your thoughts,
Nor your feelings.
It is the pure awareness that simply notices.
Feel the steadiness of this awareness.
How it does not change.
Even as thoughts and emotions come and go.
Allow yourself.
To rest in this awareness.
This part of you that is eternal,
Constant.
Deeply at peace.
Nazi.
Now.
Let's explore.
The continuity.
Of this essence.
Throughout your life.
Let's start by.
.
.
Spring into mind.
A memory from last summer.
Imagine yourself in that moment.
Vividly recalling the sights.
The sounds.
The warmth of the sun.
Or the cool breeze on your skin.
Notice how.
Even then.
Your essence was present.
The same awareness that is here now was also there.
Witnessing,
Experiencing,
Being.
That's it.
And gently allow yourself to go further back.
Took time when you were a teenager.
Picture yourself in a familiar place from that time.
Perhaps a room you spend time in.
Or a place where you often visited.
Notice the details.
How things look,
The way you felt.
Again.
Recognize the presence of your essence.
The same consciousness that has been with you all along.
This essence.
Aren't changed by time.
Was there with you?
Just as it is now.
Finally.
Let's travel back to your childhood.
Pick a memory.
Perhaps one that is.
Particularly vivid.
Or comforting.
Again.
Notice the sights.
The sounds.
The feelings of that time.
As you do.
Become aware of your essence.
The same presence that has always been there.
Gently observing.
Experiencing life as it unfolds.
Now,
Take a moment.
To appreciate.
The continuous thread.
Of your essence through time.
Is awareness.
Has been with you.
In every moment.
From your earliest memories.
To this very instant.
It is the core of who you are,
Untouched by time or circumstances.
As you sit with this realization.
Feel the profound sense of connection to your true self.
That's it.
And now,
Allow yourself to rest in the knowledge that your essence is always present.
Always available.
A source of deep peace and wisdom.
Let this understanding fill you with a sense of calm.
Stability,
And inner strength.
Let this understanding fill you with a sense of calm.
Stability,
And inner strength.
That's it.
Now,
Let's consider your body.
It's true.
And has changed over time.
Your essence remains constant.
Reflect on the roles you've played.
The emotions you felt.
And the thoughts you've had.
They all change.
But your essence.
Remains the same.
Mads.
As you notice these changes.
Realize.
That you're not just your body.
The roles or the emotions.
Or even your thoughts.
Aye.
The space in which these experiences unfold.
Embrace the stability of your essence,
Letting go of any struggles.
Let's see.
.
.
Now,
Take a deep breath in.
.
.
And breathe out.
Feel your legs becoming lighter and your arms becoming lighter.
Waking up little by little.
Coming back to the present.
And when you're ready,
Gently opening your eyes.
Feeling the present,
Feeling so much better,
More energized,
Stretched in your body,
And ready to continue with your day.
Thank you for listening,
And I'll talk to you soon.
