This is Rasa.

Welcome to your guided meditation.

Begin by laying down or sitting up.

Make your position stable and comfortable.

Make it like home.

As you softly close your beautiful eyes,

Let your eyelids rest and begin to soften your entire face.

Place your body,

Your mind in the act of receiving.

Let my voice to be your friendly guide travelling through each moment with you.

Let the voice be the soft blanket of thought,

Wrapping your whole body,

Making it calm and relaxed as you hear the words travelling into you.

Ask your body to release any tension from holding.

Ask your hands to relax.

Any present tension in the arms and shoulders is starting to evaporate as you begin to scan your body with your awareness.

Make your abdomen as soft as a cloud.

Breathing in fresh air,

Muscles beginning to melt in the neck and your jaw follows suit.

Empty the jaw and the tongue from any holding action.

Let it float in space.

Feel your inner ear soften.

Feel your eyes resting,

Cradled in the eye sockets.

It's moving out now,

Expanding like a puddle.

Relax your temples.

With each exhale,

Allow yourself to go deeper inward and on the inhales,

Create more space.

Bridge your focus and your breath.

Bring it all together,

Going in deeper and making more space.

Now land your focus within.

See inside yourself as this infinite,

Calm ocean.

Deep and calm.

Bringing more air in,

Expanding,

Letting the air out,

Steadying your energy even more.

Breath,

Focus.

Your vast ocean of peace,

All are invited to this gathering,

An act of gentle realigning and greater expansion.

With your mind's eye,

I want you to look deep into your ocean,

Feeling its calm energy,

Calling,

Drawing you in.

Now place your focus on your heart.

Feel the space there.

From that precious space,

Make an intention for this moment.

Make it simple,

Yet something that speaks to you today.

Visualise your intention evaporating out of your heart space,

Lifting up and moving out of your body,

Rising higher up in the air,

Floating and now shimmering lightly.

Now,

Together,

Using our power of intention,

Let's call on the Divine Light,

The mother of deep nurturing and ultimate protection.

Call for it from the depths of your peaceful ocean,

Ask to be surrounded by the Divine Light now.

Visualise a bright light moving from the distance,

From all sides.

This stunning Divine Light is approaching you and as it does,

Feel that it carries soothing,

Protective charge that only you can feel and interpret.

The Divine Light is moving towards you gently,

Surrounding you completely now.

Feel its tangible energy becoming even more alive,

More effectual as it is so close to your body now.

Emotions from the energy are beginning to occur in various parts of your body.

In this moment,

You are finding yourself completely wrapped up and shielded by the Divine Light.

It seems as if the Divine Light is coming from you,

As you are shining bright,

Suspended in the air.

Gentle buzzing and soft tingles continue to travel through you,

Soothing any nervousness,

Calming you tenderly.

Notice now that the Divine Light is forming its light into something that looks like hands.

Caring,

Gentle,

Healing hands made out of Divine Light.

See these hands of Divine protection moving just above and over your head,

Your face.

Feel soothing pulses across your whole face and head.

The space in your head feels so light right now.

Feeling to feel blissful.

Hands of light and protection moving down your arms and chest.

Enveloping and soothing the centre from where you feel and love.

Feeling any armour that may be shielding your heart.

Feel the Divine hands of protection soothing your heart.

Giving you unconditional love and protection.

Feel the Divine Light's energy landing on you like a blessing.

Pure and loving.

Hands of Divine protection travelling the way down onto your pelvic bowl,

Your ocean.

Feel the protective healing hands of light moving its energy currents.

Feel it flowing through your spine.

Your belly.

Your hips.

Visualise the density of the protective energy.

Feel the density.

The Divine Light is saturating with protection all the vital life that resides within you.

Let your awareness rest on the knowing that you are safe in the hands of this light.

Let yourself take up space.

Breathe more freely.

The hands of light move down your thighs.

Your knees.

Your legs.

Feeling its Divine Light also on your feet.

Feel acute lightness and a sense of giving in in the whole lower part of the body.

The hands of light carefully places its energy and protection on each part.

Nothing for you to do,

Just to feel the tingles and allow to be cared for and protected.

Such a soothing feeling.

Give into it completely.

Let yourself to completely let go.

Take up space physically,

Energetically.

Allow yourself to relax even more.

Feel the Divine Light to move its protective hands across your whole body now.

Soft vibrational patterns soothing your body.

The light is moving across creating energy woven pattern of protection.

Wrapping you up in a softest energy woven cocoon where you can deeply relax,

Let go and just be yourself.

Soft and calm.

Safe and soothed.

Feel the Divine Light's message whispered in your heart.

You are safe.

You are protected.

You are safe.

You are protected.

All is well.

If you like you can place one hand on your belly,

The other on your heart or simply place your focus on your inner ocean of peace.

Notice how calm it is.

Just inhales and exhales.

Vast and peaceful.

Surrounded by the Divine Light.

Protected and blessed.

Calm and in complete surrender.

Enveloped in the protection of the purest light.

Focus and feel the cushion of protection that you are surrounded by.

Notice the shift within that has transpired inside of you.

Notice your physical body.

Your energy.

Notice the lightness of your mind.

Feel your overall well-being elevated.

Now let your focus land on the very surface of your skin.

Feel the stillness there.

Feel the temperature on your skin.

Feel the warmth of your body.

Feel the warmth of your body.

Maybe sway your head side to side.

Stretch your body if you like.

Notice how good you feel after your guided meditation practice.

Offer your balanced self,

Your purified energy as a service to others and of course to yourself.

Holding onto this expansion that you feel right now.
