In this silencefinder practice, healing happens by a combination of various techniques: A guided meditation into deep relaxation, mindful body scans, bilateral stimulation of both hemispheres with a background sound, and a powerful healing mantra, sung by Manish Vyas at the end of the practice.

Oh my, now that’s a powerful release of suffering. I’ve been using this daily. Love the bilateral bells & grounding to the body. My favorite meditation. Helps me release deep tensions & pain & enter into my subconscious body. Still my favorite go to after 4+ years.

I loved this! Was a bit thrown off by the singing towards the end, but next time I'll expect it. 😉

This meditation provides a good amount of open space to practice staying present, while still providing some guidance for those who are new to mindfulness. The bilateral tones were very effective and the music and singing were lovely.

Powerful guidance for healing the mind (if I got this right) by listening to the body. I’ll come back to this one again. Thank you!

While listening to this, I was short of breath, I've had asthma attacks since I was 3. By the time this meditation ended my lungs were relaxed & I'm breathing easily. I followed the guidance to envision the tension melting like ice in the warm sun. Namaste Much Appreciation Going to download this & listen more often. Very gentle background music too, Beautiful.

Thank You! At 73, I am just now noticing my reaction to fear is anger! Will revisit this meditation often!
