The trees aren't saying,
Hey I want it to be warm all the time.
They are strong because they're adapting to everything.
So if you experience discomfort,
If you're experiencing discomfort in your life right now,
I want to tell you right now,
Good!
And that's not to rub it in your face and look down on anyone,
It's to say good I'm happy for you.
I'm happy you're experiencing discomfort and I don't want you to stay there though.
That's the key.
I don't want you to stay in that forever and get frozen.
Because we tend to get frozen in our thinking and turn into ice cubes.
We get frozen in the ways of being.
What I really want to do,
My purpose really is to move you past that stage of discomfort.
So you break through it,
You break through that.
But I do want you to go through discomfort because it's a signal that something is changing.
Like the butterflies,
They go through this.
Now I was saying this to someone the other day,
I was like,
I only just realized the process of a butterfly,
It's actually,
It sounds very painful.
It doesn't sound as beautiful as the pictures make it seem of like,
Oh caterpillar goes into a cocoon and it beautifully,
This golden cocoon wraps around it and it smothers it with love and then it turns into this golden,
Amazing,
Beautiful butterfly that flaps its wings.
Oh wow!
That's not how it really is.
Look it up!
I was very surprised to look it up.
Butterfly,
Caterpillar sorry,
Goes,
It's probably freaking out.
It's like I've got this inner thing inside of me.
Just like we do when we have these these moments of development or these ponderings about life and we start freaking out about who we are.
We don't feel like we have a place.
The caterpillar is probably freaking out saying,
I don't feel like I'm a,
I don't want to be a caterpillar anymore.
This doesn't feel right.
This stage of my life doesn't feel like it's serving me.
That's what's going through that caterpillar's mind.
And it's being drawn towards something and it's probably scared.
It's probably feeling so much discomfort.
Why do I want to leave everything I know?
That's us with the mind.
We have collected memories so it feels scary to leave everything we've known.
So then it eventually it goes through this process where it takes time out perhaps.
You know like people take time out from their lives or career breaks or they're just questioning and things don't feel right.
For maybe years sometimes people get stuck in that that process of something doesn't feel right in this box.
So you're in that process and it's that cocooning process occurring where things are dying.
The caterpillar is actually dying.
That's what I realized.
I learned this.
This isn't a spiritual theory.
This is like what actually happens.
It's dying.
It's literally dying inside that cocoon.
It's being destroyed and it has this cell.
I don't know the scientific term.
Someone can tell me maybe.
It has these cells inside it which are the butterfly cell let's call it.
The potential.
It's this thing that called it to go into that cocoon in the first place.
You know I was saying it was freaking out about who it is.
It doesn't feel like it's really itself.
It doesn't want to be a caterpillar anymore because it has that thing tapping on it inside saying hey there's something more to you that you need to look for.
So this butterfly cell starts popping up inside that cocoon but it gets killed off just like our mind kills off any desires and ideas we have.
Kills it off.
Hey you want to go and start a new job?
No no no no no scary don't do that.
Hey you want to end this relationship or you want to go into this new relationship?
No no no that person's dangerous.
Remember what happened last you'll throw all that stuff at you.
Remember what happened.
You're gonna get hurt.
Memories.
So it's killing the butterfly cells constantly.
The mind,
The caterpillar part of it is killing it.
It's saying no no you should stay a caterpillar inside this cocoon.
Don't listen to that butterfly soul let's call it soul spirit higher self if you want to use spiritual terms.
Don't listen to that voice.
So then people get stuck in that.
They get stuck in this cocooning process.
So you're not in that place and you're not in the place you want to be you're just in this middle ground vague not quite this not quite that.
And to introduce the topic for today you know I go into deep moments sometimes and this is a great moment to introduce the topic for today.
This is why we need the wisdom of the root chakra because if you're rooted if you're rooted the plant can start to grow.
The butterfly cells can start to bubble up and that's what happens they start to multiply and it starts actually becoming reality.
Yeah you might still have caterpillar cells running and mind and fears and all of that stuff that's all probably there your past programming your past memories.
These butterfly cells are starting to grow more and more.
If you're grounded rooted if you know that you're not under physical danger that's what ends with the root chakra is underdeveloped let's call it.
There's always a sense of danger safety at threat so the new you cannot develop because it's being killed off by fear responses.
Safety is more important than me developing.
Makes sense right?
Of course it is.
So it's our job to tell ourselves that it is safe.
It's safe for this plant to grow.
It's safe for this butterfly to grow.
That's why a lot of the development process the transition process the job you want to have the business you want to start the new relationship you want to start gets ruined and destroyed because there's this sense of danger and it's so strong so strong so we believe it it affects our whole body it feels painful it does stuff to our stomach sends us into fight-or-flight our legs feel jiggly full of that stuff so it makes sense not to do the thing safety is more important right now so that's what's happening you saw the root chakra represents and that's how it affects our lives so pause there what did you get from that what did you get from my butterfly analogy what is expanding within you right now wanna hear in the chat what happens when you hear me say those things right now ponderings questions put something in the chat and then I'll continue and I'll continue and I'll start telling you how to work on this not just what's happening tell you how to work on this and I'll also share my story because I like to do that every session even if you've heard it a hundred times because you've been to my other sessions there's new people here I want to explain it I will tell you how this affected my entire life massively now I'm gonna leave a space comments put something in the chat what have you got so far how does this show up in your life how did this sense of danger show up in your life the sense of your physical body is getting involved and stopping you tell me about your body tell me about sense of danger safety how does this show up how does this affect your life and I ask you that because I'm in front of a live audience I want to read the room like like we say right I want to speak to you individually I want to connect to you in a in a intimate way and speak to every one of you rather than just ramble on love it when there's things going on in the chat so my invitation my request is share share whatever you want everyone's here to support each other so I love insight timer you in the meantime I'll drink my cold drink because my body is heating and there's a sense of pain from the heat so my response Oh cold water that will relieve me this is how we work right so it's such a complete transformation in every way the analogy of a butterfly ah yes it is it is and when I realize like what's actually happening to the butterfly I was like this makes so much sense why would life make it easy for this butterfly to go and have a fun little experience in this cocoon and little party in a flat-screen TV so they can lie down and eat Cheetos while it's transforming life is not that easy right doesn't make things easy for anything it's a process so true our minds lead us away from our higher selves keeps me stuck we can transform ourselves we can heal from pain trauma yeah he anyone feeling like they're in the cocooning process right now put a yes in the chat are you in the cocooning process are you having realizations does your previous life feel like it's not what you need or your current life feels like it's not what you need is this something you want to move towards is there some change you're working on of class all of that as a cocooning process transition you're going through between jobs want to make something new one of do something different if any of those speak to you put a yes in the chat okay a few people yes transition yeah hmm you hey my butterfly now yeah nice are you done that means are you done with life is it no more to work on what does it mean to you to be a butterfly I'm transitioning working from telecom to insurance and financial industry ah nice beautiful yeah I've made a I've made a big transition like that I was my background actually was in data analytics in consultancies very big companies and seeing people in suits stressed out and stuff like that I was in telecoms as well and I was in the financial industry as well so yeah I understand them transition processes is it raises a lot of questions and that's the outer transition right and there's also a whole inside thing going on for all of us I'm sure and on that like why am I speaking about this stuff I'm gonna go into the root chakra a little bit more in a moment but why am I speaking about this stuff I didn't realize for most my life that I had tons of challenges with safety I lived in fight-or-flight mode so I used to get a lot of performance anxiety I used to get a lot of social anxiety I just wasn't confident used to go to work meetings and sweat just as soon as I walked through the door because I was anxious about all the tasks I was anxious about the week I was like oh it's Monday oh my god is so far from Friday ah and then I got to Friday and I'd be like feel ecstatic and liberated free like I've come out of cage and I was always tense and looking over my shoulder and then when there was interactions with people I think someone had to get me someone's trying to someone's trying to mess with me here they're trying to mess with me that's what used to go through my mind as well as subconscious which I didn't really know about and on guard trying to trying to be intellectual and work out why people are saying things why are they saying what are they you know all of that overthinking about stuff constant like my mind was just always working I couldn't sleep I'd sleep challenges anyone have sleep challenges here I it's funny because it surprises me how many people actually tell me they have sleep challenges I had tons I couldn't sleep I used to try all of these supplements to try and help magnesium zinc this that this type of tea caramel this all had a routine and it maybe helped a tiny bit but it wasn't that stuff that helped it was me becoming calmer inside that started changing all of that now I sleep very well nice I have to remind myself how challenging it used to be not being able to sleep is to be anxious if I don't sleep then that means tomorrow will be like this I will be like this tomorrow if I don't sleep so that's how fast I was predicting everything I was thinking I was right about everything because there was a threat for safety I was living I was living a paradigm which was driven by a threat of safety which meant talking to someone was a threat of safety I have to look a certain way I have to express myself a certain way if someone makes a joke about me I felt hurt very very hurt it hit me to the core it made my whole body tense if I screwed anything up I would be punishing myself my whole body wasn't fight or flight because that's what happens when the root chakra is not calm it's not grounded it sends the whole body into danger you know like animals I said this yesterday I think someone one of my clients she said to me Raj like animals look so happy I wish I could be just like an animal said said to me genuinely she was like what what what do you think Raj from your wisdom is the difference between us and animals and I was like ah really I love that question and there's a few things that come to mind number one we are similar because we have the physical responses that animals have survival fight danger food safety all the root chakra stuff or related to it anyway very similar if we're under threat we have fight or flight you know like an animal you scare them they and they think they're under danger they'll attack you or they'll run away and that same thing is there for us is very useful I want this I need this it was if a tiger was chasing me I'd probably need this right but what happens now is it turns into this thing of someone say something that I don't like and I feel like I'm under threat because the whole mind is involved now that's the difference between us and animals so that's the similarity but the difference is the mind we are able to analyze things we have an intellectual capability we can analyze things which means we we've turned into computer machines predicting predicting danger now the third thing is we are able to access a higher level of consciousness we're evolved to access higher levels of consciousness so now this takes us away from the physical realm where we had similarities to animals and this is the plane that will take you out of this danger response this is the place to work from so how do you do that you know whenever I whenever I start working with someone they start asking me the house straightaway they're like how Raj how how how how I say all this stuff this these preambles to it on to help you understand what's actually happening under the hood right so you can you know it's like I always use the phrase teaching a man to fish I want to teach you how to really do this stuff I want to I want you to understand the fishing rod I need to understand the water I want you to understand the environment everything you're working with then I'll be like yeah let's fish now I'll show you how to fish so how do you bring yourself into that state of higher consciousness and feeling safe well it's like I mentioned earlier all of this is rooted into your body your body is not feeling safe your physical danger and sometimes this comes up with money as well when you know when we talk about the topic of money it connects us to we're under threat don't have enough money yeah I'm gonna be under threat how will I pay for stuff how will I feed myself which is very real but then it blows up sometimes someone's trying to someone's trying to charge you extra for this you're gonna be angry at them all of that stuff kicks off the safety response the fight-or-flight the gorilla opening the chest saying less I want to fight you right now but we do a verbally we do it intelligently with the use of our mind and we say the words that might hurt or defeat people we use we use the battle of our of our words rather than fighting so we've evolved slightly we've evolved slightly but now we just use our mind to display our anger in our bodies so I don't want to play at that realm I don't want to psychoanalyze you I want to play in the boat I wanna play in the realm of the body again let's go back down to the body body is feeling under threat what do you do when you're what's happening inside you when you feel that way when the root chakra is fired up and angry heart rate beating adrenaline firing some people go red in the face you your fists stop to clench what else you guys can probably think of a few right that are personal to you you know for me yeah I feel this like sharpness in my chest so a great thing to do is to create some practices which become almost an antidote the training of the opposite of those things I'm gonna take you through one in a moment I do a lot of talking but I also have some practices like you saw yesterday I take you through that in a moment some of the technologies that will get you there let's say your breath breath heart rate is increasing breath is shallow sometimes when we're in that danger response so a practice like yoga and I'm talking like real yoga I'm not talking do gymnastics and be very oh I can put my leg on my head amazing for what purpose okay it looks cool it's so nice to be flexible but I'm not playing in that realm I'm playing in the realm of your freeing your mind so using your breath becoming present feeling your energy it slows down that sense of danger and even right now it's a talk just realize how I'm slowing myself down even the speed of my voice the tone slowing everything down right now I can even feel it slowing down so you don't have to run you know if you're feeling like this you don't have to run and say I'm gonna sit cross-legged I need to find a place to sit cross-legged and do a loving kindness meditation right now quick quick quick quick quick you can do this in a way where you're you're becoming meditated in the moment you catch it you'd notice tension you notice like you're so fired up tense let me just take a few breaths let me speak a little slower with a more of a wave to it you can do this during a conversation if you catch it up I'm getting annoyed at this person they can have this dialogue in your head I'm getting annoyed at this person right now they're saying something which annoying me just the whole being is annoying me on fight back on prove them wrong so you could prove them wrong if you want or you could slow yourself down and say I do I need to prove them wrong what am I trying to prove by proving them wrong which part of me that doesn't feel safe is speaking because why do we defend ourselves when we feel under threat I'm under threat so I must defend myself you're not under threat if you realize you're not under threat and you slow your body down you just become okay with everything you so let's slide into a practice right now start noticing your breath in this moment by the way I want to make it clear right now my awareness just popped in and spoke to me intuition it said I want to make it clear that there's nothing wrong there's nothing wrong with a person if a person is feeling under threat or annoyed doesn't mean you're not spiritual doesn't mean that you're not developed just means that this is what's occurring inside your body and your mind also know that you have the power to choose a different path beyond default beyond the mind beyond the body and that's what I said is the highest consciousness where we go beyond our evolution so notice your breath in this moment you close your eyes if you want or you can practice open-eyed meditation either way don't take this so seriously that's one of the challenges with meditation it's can sometimes be taken too seriously me too by the way catch myself taking it too seriously life's short life's too short to take things too seriously you know what I mean by that is not trying and trying so hard that it becomes tense full awareness you can be light you can be light with your awareness instead of taking it seriously so serious that it's tense so close your eyes or keep your eyes open like I said and become aware become aware of your body right now you since that we carry around heavy or light do you feel warm do you feel cold does your body feel fast or slow it is the breath does it move the body notice the more you try the more try you to see effect the more you try can you imagine being a fly on the wall and looking at you from the outside you what would this fly see what I notice you you see your body from the outside you can you see and become aware very naturally you beautiful your body looks you and how precious life if you're having thoughts swirling around,
Then smile try to resist,
Try to resist playing with the thoughts just experience them easily feel how it feels to be safe to be held feel how it feels to let go of doing and just being right now see if you can extend the level of relaxation in the body letting your feet just be your legs,
Your hips,
Your waist,
Your chest,
Your back your throat,
Your mouth,
Your nose the width of the eyes,
The forehead,
The top of the head the whole front side of the body the whole back side of the body the whole body rounded,
Safe,
Held see if you can bring that roundedness the deepest part of your mind where there might be a challenge inside you bring that challenge to your awareness and imagine yourself giving it some softness and some space with each breath,
The space expands around your heart with each breath,
The space expands around your heart We're going to end the practice in a moment.
Let's observe the shift in your experience.
And begin to feel your body.
And your toes and fingers.
Take a deep breath.
Maybe stretch if you want.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes.
And join us back in our space together.
I invite you to share your experience,
What you noticed in the chat.
What changed from when we started to now?
And what happened in between?
I see a lot of those hot button things going off.
I see that happening a lot during this session,
So that must be insight moments.
I always say this,
I am looking for insights that are occurring within you.
What is your experience,
Your realisations,
Things you're made aware of during these experiences?
What are those?
Because when those happen,
Grab them.
Because they're shifts,
They're important.
If those happen and you move on too quickly,
You miss an opportunity for growth.
That's been my experience anyway.
So savour any insights.
And a way to do that is to share it in the chat.
I call it share it to declare it.
Share it to declare it.
Make it real.
Make it real by telling everyone in the chat.
What did you experience?
What happened for you?
Anything you're going through,
Any of these challenges,
They have a way forward.
There's art.
Like I said before,
It's very easy to get stuck in the transition.
In a process where you're not in that world and not in the place you want to be,
You get stuck in the mud,
Let's call it.
I was stuck for a very long time.
But when you have these moments,
Those are the ones that are going to move you through.
So let me see what people have said in the chat.
Keep sharing,
Keep putting things in as I read.
Moments of gratitude.
As well.
As well as what?
That's what I'm curious about.
I like to pick out words.
That's what I'm curious about.
As well as what?
It's a kind of a perfect guided meditation for deep sleep.
Because you know,
When you slow your body down,
It's like our mind is trying to override things all the time.
If you feel tired,
Your body sometimes just wants to sleep,
But your mind is overactive,
So it keeps it awake.
That's why I find it easy to sleep now,
Because my mind and my body are speaking to each other.
I'm noticing.
I'm like,
Ah,
It's time for body to do its work.
I don't need to do anything right now with my mind.
Mind can slow down.
Body,
Sleep.
So these guided meditations are allowing for that process to naturally occur.
And you know,
In this day and age,
There's all of these things of caffeine and espresso.
I'm feeling tired,
So I need to force myself to wake up using a drug.
Like caffeine or something else or something else or something else.
And then I need to use another drug to slow myself down.
I need to use supplements to slow myself down.
That's what I was doing.
So I'm putting my hand up.
I'm not judging anyone.
I was doing the same.
I was like,
I need things to wake me up.
I need caffeine,
I need green tea,
I need these B supplements,
B complex.
I need all of these things.
I need vitamin D that helps me with this.
I need all this stuff.
I need this specific stuff to get me going,
Get me going,
Get me going.
Get my metabolism high.
Get the right foods in and all of that stuff.
And then I need to have something to slow me down.
OK,
Kamumai tea.
I need this,
I need that,
I need that,
I need that.
I'm not saying these things are not effective.
They are.
They can be,
Right?
I don't want to be carrying around all this stuff during my whole life.
I don't want to be attached to something giving me something.
I want the natural mechanisms inside my body to work better.
So I can feel more alert.
I can do breath practices to feel more alert.
Just using my body.
I can slow down my breath to slow my body down as well.
Just like we did,
Right?
I can do certain types of yoga.
I can do some Yin yoga,
Maybe,
Slowing my body down.
And as soon as I started getting rid of all of these supplements and products and stuff,
I had way more energy than I could dream of.
So that's just something I wanted to throw in on the side to keep you aware,
Right?
How things are affecting you.
Certain things you're taking in,
How are they affecting you?
How are they affecting your sleep?
How are they affecting your energy?
Because it says it's good for you,
Is it really good for you?
I had a list of things that I thought scientifically are good for me.
A nutritionist might tell me,
Yeah,
This is the perfect way to eat.
It wasn't serving me.
Me wasn't serving me.
So that's an invitation to you.
Look at what is helping you to feel safe,
Grounded in the root chakra,
In other ways as well.
And what isn't.
For you,
Not what the science says.
Not what a doctor says.
I'm curious what comes up when I say that,
Guys.
I'm not attached to being right.
I'm just asking the questions to see what comes up in you.
So put something in the chat.
Does this connect to you?
In any way,
Put something in the chat.
Someone says I was very grateful for my body.
Can we more?
In what way?
Someone says,
Slow down,
Went within rather than attached to what was reflected.
Great.
The other thing I'd like to invite is questions.
So if you have a question,
Put something in the chat.
Do you have questions about food,
Supplements,
Grounding practices,
Meditations,
Breath?
Anything related to what we've talked about,
Put it in the chat and I'll get to the questions later.
Or when I see them,
Let's see.
My intuition says that everyone slowed down a little bit after that practice.
So I'm going to start closing off the session.
Freeing the root chakra.
To summarize,
This is my experience of it.
You take whatever serves you.
It's like a plant,
It's rooted deep into the ground.
If that part,
Our physical safety,
If that's under threat,
We would drop everything.
We would drop everything to make sure that we are back into safety.
So that shows up in so many ways.
If we want to do something new,
Danger comes in,
The body is firing up,
Fight or flight.
No,
I'm not going there.
I'm not doing that thing.
It's dangerous.
I'll come back to safety.
But it is irrational.
It's not thinking about what the truth is.
It's thinking based on the experiences that have happened in our life.
Sometimes when we were three years old,
Someone shouted at us,
Told us it was wrong to do that.
So now that has connected to everything.
So we see danger in many different guises.
So to be aware of that,
Number one is very important that it is not an accurate measure of reality.
When you feel danger under threat,
It doesn't mean that it's actually going to happen.
And of course,
You probably know that already.
But also we have to slow our bodies down to tell us,
To tell our bodies,
Hey,
It's OK.
And then we have to speak to that deepest part of us inside to tell that bit,
Hey,
It's OK.
We're good.
The last thing I'll say is feeling all of these things like nervousness,
Anxiety.
That doesn't mean that we have to.
It doesn't mean it's a bad thing.
It doesn't mean we have to avoid the thing we want to do.
I often teach people that if you're feeling these things because you're going into a new situation.
It's a sign that you're transforming into the butterfly.
It's a sign that you're moving towards something new and exciting.
It's a sign that you're growing.
So.
There's almost two parts to that.
One point is,
Yeah,
Your mind and your body are telling you these things.
Hey,
Let's slow it down.
Let's build this calmness.
The other part is,
Hey,
Your mind and your body are telling you these things.
And it doesn't matter.
It doesn't matter.
It's a sign that great things are coming.
And you,
Only you inside can see it for what it is.
There's no like set,
Method or thing I can tell you.
It depends on each experience.
It depends on what your spirit is saying inside.
So.
Grounding in the root chakra.
Building a practice.
Building a practice where you're slowing down more often.
So it becomes a habit.
You become good at slowing down.
That's number one.
That's the takeaway I want to invite you to building a practice where you become good at slowing down.
It's a skill.
I'm coaching some of my clients like I've said this to a few of them said,
Wow,
You're getting good at the skill of slowing down.
It's not something we're born with.
It doesn't matter if John over there is a calm person and you feel like you're not as calm.
Well,
You can build that as a skill.
Like playing the violin.
It's not personal now.
It doesn't.
We're not deciding that I'm not a calm type of personality type.
I took a personality test,
Raj,
And it tells me that this I'm this type of person.
I'll throw that in your face.
I'll throw your personality test in your face and tell you you can build a way of calm.
Personality tests can tell you about your psychological capabilities that you are used to.
Your habitual behaviors.
That's what they'll tell you.
But they if you if you choose to become fixed and attached to your personality test,
You're limiting your capabilities.
You're saying you are the sum of your past.
You are the sum of everything that's happened so far.
Building skills is a whole different thing.
I don't know how to play a violin.
I'm sure if I wanted to,
I can play it.
I didn't know how to meditate or exercise or breathe well.
Started practicing it.
I didn't know how to build a business or do online webinars like this.
I started doing it.
So grounding your root chakra,
You can look at it as a skill.
Rather than something's broken.
Because if you look at it that way,
That means you're already whole and complete right now.
You're just working on something now.
I'm already whole and complete without playing violin.
Doesn't mean anything about me if I can't play violin.
But I want to choose to develop that skill.
And that's the frame I look at things.
Slightly different to a Jungian psychology.
Slightly different.
Anyway,
I wouldn't leave it as that guys.
Oh and the other thing is,
Remember that the signals you're receiving are signs in your physical body.
If you're in a transition phase,
Which some of you guys said you are.
If something's happening in your life.
And if you're scary and it was difficult,
Then good.
Because you're growing like that butterfly.
The butterfly cells are emerging.
In the cocoon.
Well done.
So,
I'm going to leave it as that guys.
That's all I've got to say today.
And if you are in a transition phase,
Let me know what that is.
I want to hear from you.
If there's something that I've said,
Which is similar to what you're going through.
Someone said earlier,
Changing jobs.
I'm going from this field to the other field.
Someone messaged me the other day saying,
Raj I think I'm going through a.
.
.
They use the term dark night of the soul.
I get that.
Some other people have messaged me saying,
Raj I think I'm going through an existential crisis.
I don't know who I am anymore.
I don't know which direction to go in.
Things I used to do I don't enjoy anymore.
Me too.
I get that as well.
So,
If you're going through any of this stuff,
Drop me a message.
I want to hear from you.
I want to hear what this is.
And I'll send you something that will help you.
I've credited this article.
It makes reference to my long hair that I used to have.
If anyone's come to my sessions,
I used to have long hair.
It makes reference to the transition phase and changing.
So I'll send you this article if you wish to receive it.
I think it will help you out a lot.
And you can find me on Instagram,
Facebook and all sorts of places.
And my website is withraj.
Com.
So it's my way of showing you where I am.
If you wish to come to where I live.
Cool.
That's all for me.
The last thing I want to ask you is what did you take away from this session?
If you've been here for an hour and 12 minutes,
It's quite a long time.
It's like a Netflix episode.
What did you get from this episode today?
What's the one insight that you're taking away?
The one insight,
The one learning that you're taking away.
And with that,
What is the one action?
One insight and one action you're going to implement into your life.
Because insights are nice.
They just become cuddly thoughts sometimes.
Yeah,
They might develop into something.
What are you going to do with it?
Insight and action.
Share in the chat what is one insight and one action.
I want to hear from a few of you before we leave.
There's nothing in the chat.
It's hilarious.
Unless I'm on a delay,
I've just realised.
No one has an insight or an action to share.
Are you guys all asleep?
Are you guys all zoned out from the meditation?
If there's nothing,
That's cool.
I'll leave it as that.
No worries.
Take that away as a homework.
Think about what you got today.
Because the other thing I talk about a lot is time.
Every hour we're dying.
I don't mean to say that as a gloomy thing,
But every hour is passing by,
Right?
Time is going ahead of us.
That's the one thing we can't control.
So I want you to look at how you're spending your time and how it is supporting your life.
That's something that's very important to me.
So think about as an assignment,
A homework,
If you wish to take it on.
I'm not here to put anything on anyone.
Just to think about what you got from today as well as what you did in your whole day.
How did you spend your time?
What was it used for?
What were any insights that came up from the time you spent?
And then just write it down and look at it.
Just look at it,
Just be with it.
Cool.
That's it.
I'm going to mark that as the end of the session.
And.
.
.
I'm trying to think when my next session is going to be.
It's probably going to be.
.
.
Sometime next week.
So look out for that.
I might talk about the heart next.
I might actually talk about time now I just mentioned it.
Or I might talk about the topic of anxiety.
So keep a look out.
There will be a few events popping up in the next few weeks.
Cool.
See you guys later.
Have fun.
Remember,
Slow down.
Feel into your body.
Go into the system of your body.
See what you can do to slow it down.
But also notice where are you moving towards.
Where are you wanting to move towards.
And how is your mind and body getting in your way.
And the wisdom of the root chakra.
Safety.
Danger.
Threat.
Alright,
I'm leaving the session there guys.
See you later.
