Get yourself into a comfortable position to start with and just know that whatever comes up during this meditation is exactly what you need to start to close your eyes notice start to notice your breath moving in and out let your body rest for a moment any tension to slowly ease as each breath passes in-breath is new life and out-breath is letting go whatever doesn't serve you anymore and bring your attention to the heart where there might be some heaviness some energy and remember you be you you be you removing any other voices and noise with each breath any judgment any pressure any desire to do and fix or run away and fight any mask that you might be wearing any pressure to be a certain way please listen to your body and let that go with each breath letting go any fear any anger any hurt any person that's hurt you any way you've hurt yourself feel that in your heart with each breath any regret any heaviness any doubt about what's next let it go any influence someone's had over you the voices that you use the person that you be and you act from let all of that go let everyone and everything go with each breath and come home through the heart to who you are the real you the innocent and playful and strong and wise you imagine your auric field right now being cleared with each breath anything around you and inside your body in your head,

In your feelings anything that isn't you really see that see who you've been how you've been acting come home really see and then remember who you are with each breath the you that needs no one to guide you to you you just know you come home anything you've been looking for any proving,

People pleasing any shame and closing off and dimming your light and your truth and your voice let that go and any ego any grandiosity showing acting let that go with each breath let it go all of these masks and identities and people and others' voices confusion and actions and what shall I do and all of that that program let it go and smile and smile and laugh at that person you've been and observe the heart to feel who you are with each breath I'm going to say some words just notice what they do for you clear glass water in a cup the ocean and waves birds that are still frog,

Bright green mountain a statue with carvings in it a lion long blades of grass rustling in the wind windows open and seeing the fullest sun beaming into your eyes the feeling of a hug in your body a warm tight hug falling asleep with someone a turtle shell with the head coming out a dance party with everyone happy and the sound of pianos pianos playing in ecstasy a hall full of people laughing laughing so much being themselves finally you as a child free free free free start to feel your fingertips your palms and the vibration in your body really start to notice that and feel it and open your eyes looking around at the world aliveness aliveness eyes wide open that's the end of the practice let me know what you thought of it what it did for you message me send me a private message and let me know blessings to you Raj
