Welcome to this guided meditation to help you cleanse and expand your energy.

Close your eyes and as you do so take a deep breath in and on the out breath just release everything that doesn't need to be in this space at this time.
Take another deep breath in and on the out breath just release everything that doesn't need to be in this space.
Just allow your breathing to fall into its natural rhythm,
Every in breath relaxing you more and more and every out breath just releasing any tension or what no longer serves you.
And as you breathe naturally just think about relaxing,
Think about relaxing your whole body from the top of your head,
The tips of your toes,
All the way down your arms to your fingertips.
For as you think about relaxing so you will relax,
Allow yourself to relax and as you do so just allow the top of your head start to relax,
Feel it relax and allow that relaxation to move down into your brow,
Into the back of your head,
Into your eyes,
Your temples,
Your ears,
Your nose,
Your cheeks,
Your mouth,
Your jaw,
Feeling so relaxed.
This relaxation moves down into your neck and you feel all your neck muscles relaxing.
This relaxation moves down into your shoulders and it's like your shoulders are being bathed in the most beautiful warm sunshine,
They feel so relaxed.
This relaxation moves down your arms,
All the way down into your hands and your fingers and allow this relaxation to move into your upper body as you feel your chest muscles start to relax,
Your stomach muscles,
All of your back start to relax and your spine relax vertebrae by vertebrae by vertebrae.
This relaxation moves down into your hips,
Your pelvis,
Your buttocks,
Moving down into your thighs,
Your knees,
Your shins,
Your calves,
Your ankles,
Your feet and your toes and your whole body just feels so relaxed.
I want you now to see,
Feel,
Imagine or know yourself standing outside a beautiful mansion and you're looking from a terrace down five steps leading you to a little courtyard area and in a moment you're going to walk down those steps each descending number from five to one helping you to relax even more.
So start walking down those stairs now five,
Going deeper down those stairs four,
Deeper down the stairs three,
Deeper down the stairs two,
All the way down the stairs one into a beautiful courtyard.
It's a courtyard that has baskets of flowers,
Urns of flowers,
Bright beautiful flowers and the sun is shining down,
Warming your skin and in the middle of this courtyard is the most beautiful water fountain you have ever seen.
Maybe elaborate,
It may be plain but to you it is the most beautiful water fountain there is and you can hear the tinkle of the water as it flows and you make your way over towards this water and as you do you cup your hands inside the water and you feel how cool and clear it is and you scoop some water up and you drink it and it tastes so refreshing,
So cleansing,
So you take a few more handfuls of water and you save that water as it goes into your mouth and down your throat and into your body and you feel the vibrancy and cleansing of this beautiful water as it flows into your body,
Filling every cell and membrane of your body,
Making your skin tingle and you feel so alive,
So connected and you feel your third eye start to expand,
To open up and you feel your energy now start to expand and it feels so amazing just allowing your energy to expand outwards,
Connecting you with the whole universe and just bathe in that energy for a moment or two,
The energy may have a colour,
Just savour that colour,
Just allow the energy to be part of you,
To flow from you,
To flow into you and the energy is allowing you to connect to your highest potential,
Giving you the push the energy to move forward,
To do what you came here to do,
To be who you are supposed to be and now just bring that energy back into you and just bring it into a part of your body and just recognize where in your body that energy is and know that anytime you need to connect to that energy you just go to that part of your body and you feel that energy again and you allow it to expand,
So now you take another sip of water just to cool you down and to actually ground you now more to take off your shoes and just allow your feet to touch the stone of the courtyard,
Ground this energy within you as you feel the heat and the warmth of the stone in the courtyard,
Maybe the roughness at the bottom of your feet grounding this energy into you and you notice your senses are heightened and the smell of the flowers,
The colour of the flowers are so vibrant,
Sounds of the birds and you're going to bring that energy back with you,
So now you walk back to the steps and in a moment I'm going to count you from one to five and when I get to five you'll be back fully present remembering that energy,
That feeling of knowing that you now can move forward,
So start walking up the stairs now one,
Coming further up the stairs two,
Further up the stairs three,
Bringing all that energy back,
Further up the stairs four,
Further up the stairs five,
All the way back with fingers and toes,
Open your eyes make sure you are fully back,
Fully present and if you have some water with you or something then please do drink that and welcome back.
