Welcome to the Meditation on Learning to Listen to Yourself and Trust Yourself and Align with Source.

My name is Rachelle Tersini and I will help to guide you to finding your own inner connection with something much greater.

Something much greater that also lives inside of you,

That connects you with the natural world,

With Mother Nature,

With the intelligence of the universe.

Take a moment and sit up tall.

Put aside anything else you've been doing and set aside this time for yourself.

Taking the time to honor yourself and your emotional and spiritual connection,

Taking this time for yourself is time well spent as you notice the way your life runs more smoothly and you feel more in tune with yourself.

You can recognize this as being time very well spent when you see the effect that it has on your life.

Taking this time now to align so that you don't have to work so hard,

So that you can relax into alignment,

So you can relax into trusting yourself more,

So you can learn to surrender to what is and let Source energy guide you.

Sitting in a comfortable position,

Making your spine very tall,

Feel your seat settling into the floor or to the cushion that you're sitting on.

Take a nice deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Begin to breathe in very slowly for two,

Three,

Four,

And exhale for two,

Three,

And four.

Inhale,

Two,

Three,

Four,

And exhale,

Two.

Three,

And four.

Just continue a few more times like that.

Now begin to notice the sounds inside the room that you're in,

Casting your hearing outward,

Tuning into your surroundings.

Let sound vibrations enter your ears,

Moving your awareness inside of your ears and opening to the sounds that are happening in the room that you're in.

Now cast your hearing outward beyond the walls of the room that you're in,

Letting those sounds enter your ears from outside.

Taking in all sound.

Feel your ears receiving sound.

When you notice yourself thinking,

Bring yourself back to the sounds.

It is actually impossible to both truly receive sound and think at the same time.

So if you notice yourself thinking,

You're no longer truly listening and receiving sound.

Anytime you notice yourself thinking,

Direct your awareness back to the sounds.

There's no need to react to the sound that you're hearing,

Only sensing the sound waves around you,

Deepening your presence.

Now moving away from the sound and awakening your awareness of your breath,

Effortless and natural breathing.

The body is breathing.

Your body is breathing.

Just observe your body breathing.

Feeling your body and sensing that you live inside of your body.

And it is breathing.

The breath is coming in and going out all on its own.

If a thought arrives,

Let it,

And if it goes,

Let it.

Begin to bring your awareness to your heart center,

Just to the left of your spine.

See there a little flame.

In yogic traditions,

The flame at the heart represents the soul.

A luminous sparkle,

Your inner spark.

Make a connection with your inner spark.

Light on this flame.

When you are aligned with your inner spark,

Your soul,

Your little flame,

You trust yourself.

You trust your path,

Your present,

Your past,

And your future.

Stay here as long as you like.

Returning to your day with a deep centering that you've created whenever you're ready.
